It was very dark but location was good. we weren’t told that Sullivan apartments manage 7 properties where you get the keys is not where you end up staying. We took an Uber to the office and then had to walk for 10 mins with our bags to the apartment

The location was excellent, you are right on the docks in walking distance to bars, restaurants and the Hobart CBD. The apartment itself is huge and very clean and comfortable.

Spacious, clean & well laid out apartment. Nice to have a Nespresso coffee machine and there were Loccitane products in the bathroom. Apartment is close to Constitution Dock and an easy walk to Salamanca or the shopping precinct. Reception staff were lovely.

The location was perfect, with a nearby supermarket and plenty of things to do. It is also within easy walking distance of the Saturday Salamanca markets. The reception staff were friendly and the place was nice and spacious. We were also provided with lots of local information such as where to eat and things to do.

The location in Battery Point of our apartment was extremely convenient to the waterfront. The apartment had a gorgeous courtyard, well equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area as well as great bedrooms and bathrooms to suit a family of five very well

we arrived about 8pm so office was closed. we hadnt recieved text or email so tried multiple times to phone but impossible . some kind local driver helped us, eventually got hold of someone and found lockbox at another location then had to walk 10 mins with luggage to the allocated apartment. by the time we got there there was nothing open for dinner. the apartment was great but the process was not. on original booking documentation it says nothing about the apartments not being at the office address. extremely confusing

In the ensuite the shower comes directly from the ceiling. I hate getting my hair wet, unless I'm washing it of course, so I showered in the second bathroom so all was well. I wouldn't have liked it if there wasn't a second bathroom.

We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Executive Suite in the IXL Jam Factory building. The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. Hobart was half way through our travels around Tasmania so it was wonderful to have access to a washing machine. The huge bath was wonderful as well. And we loved enjoying coffee or wine on the large balcony.

The apartment was amazing great rooms enough for 6 friends car park private entrance. Will highly recommend Thank you. Our flight was cancelled and we had to stay in the apartment until 4. It was no problem for them. Loved everything about this apartment. Thanks

For such a nice apartment, the hand and dish soap was watered down. Bedroom downstairs could do with a freestanding wardrobe.

Location, tons of space, 3 bathrooms! Very clean and quiet. Provision of Nespresso machine and pods was a great addition.

Some of the fixtures are starting to get a bit worn out and need a bit of attention or updating.

Location was excellent, right at the docks. The room was fairly modern and very clean, though starting to show a bit of use. Facilities were great for an extended stay if required.
