Some noise in our unit from adjacent air extractors - but support team very helpful - we stayed 10 days and there was no issues for sleeping as the extractors were off overnight.

Really would have to struggle to answer this as this property was perfection... At a stretch there was one day early wake up at 630am with the laundry truck arriving in the courtyard below. But it did not return that early again in our 5 days. And there is no view to the water from the apartment we had... But could see the mountain!

The IXL apartments are centrally located so close to everything but quiet so you don't hear any night noise. They are absolutely huge with generous bedrooms and bathrooms and a huge kitchen with everything you could think of and more that you need including some complimentary coffee pods and cooking essentials like oil, salt and pepper. Our two toddlers had so much room to play inside and on the oversized balcony so even when we felt like just staying in there was so much space. Couldn't recommend this place more and will be back!

Communication about access to property.

Clean and comfortable. Interesting and modern decor. Spacious. Very well equipped and quality kitchen and laundry goods. Excellent location. Huge and comfie bed.

Didn’t love the ensuite shower coming from the roof, with minimal glass screen. Floor became very splashed. No grab rail for the older person.

The washer/dryer was on it's last legs. Washed well but didn't dry at all. A few other small things - the battery in the clock was dead; the ashtray was missing and previous guests had used the balcony's garden to dispose of cigarette butts...and why weren't they seen & removed. Finding the building's wheelie bins took an exploration of the carpark.

On edge of the Hobart CBD and only a short walk to the waterfront. And with a supermarket 10 minutes walk away. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our dinners; very well appointed. Even had a wine rack!! Downstairs living area was very spacious & relaxing. Large bedrooms and comfy beds. Mostly loved the balcony area and the large bbq.

Only one toilet on second level where the 3 bedrooms are and it is in the main bedroom ensuite. We were 2 couples and a single and the other toilet is upstairs on level one. This place is spectacular otherwise.

The house was huge and there are 3 levels. The location and views were spectacular. Very clean!!! Beautiful quiet and peaceful. The beds were so comfortable. Kitchen was amazing.

I had booked a 2br apartment and from the photos of this apartment it showed views of the city. I thought id look out and see the boats and city from the apartment balcony. It said Sullivans apartments are different locations but i thought if im selecting an apartment it will show the correct view in the photos. I only had view of the alleyway behind the restaurants and a small view of the top of mt wellington. Also they need to update tv to a smart tv. Being apartment in the city most people would like to watch some netflix etc.. they had a dvd player but i dont think people would pack dvds these days. For the price paid ($400/ night) I think the room needs to feel like im staying in Tassie with some photographic artwork / decorate rooms bit more.

Its in a good location can walk to Salamanca markets and Mona ferries etc.. The king size beds were comfy and it was quiet. I didnt hear noise from nearby restaurants etc.. The kitchen had everything i needed.
