Just few sunlounges. It would be great if you could add more sunlounges. Aircon in the room was so noisy. I have bad sleep due to loud noise aircon had.

Room was quite dirty, dead moth in the bed when we arrived. Toilet looked mouldy, walls were all marked. Room seemed overall run down.

General cleanliness was good but could be better (there were some chunks of food stuck on one drawer, some plates were a bit grubby, and the sliding door outer tracks were dirty, the balcony tiles were sticky, obviously hadn't been mopped...). Rooms could do with a refurb, not just furniture, they're very dated (but for price are ok). Are room had no coffee table which was weird. Wish there were pet-friendly rooms!

Love the pool area. Great balcony overlooking the pool. Fantastic being beachfront. All required amenities within walking distance. Like that Surfair Bistro is onsite (BBQ pizza is amazing).

Decorations were not at the level expected for a Wyndham property. We had vinyl/ plastic type tiles above the headboard, contact paper on the headboard and part of the wall. The aircon fan was extra loud.

Wonderful stay with family. Location is great close to beach heated pool , clean rooms and nice ocean view. Will definitely come back for a couple of days next time .

We were in a room that was overlooking the main road and the airport which was very loud at night. No sitting on the balcony for us… We also had our young child with us and were a little worried as the sliding doors to the balconies did not have an overhead lock. Also no latch on the front door.

The unit had a real strong chemical smell probably from the clean before, was really hard to get rid of but apart.

We had booked ocean view but were allocated Apartment on floor 1 where the trees blocked the ocean view.

Our room was very small and quite old. The bathroom door kept coming off its runners and so we had to be careful when opening and closing. The tv remote didn’t work reliably- I had to follow this up over a number of days and so we couldn’t use the tv for half our stay. I also would have expected the hotel to have Netflix and other streaming services. The pool was over heated- needs to be turned down for summer.

Really friendly staff, great facilities- pool and restaurant. Loved being able to use the free bikes. Good location- on the beach and cafes across the road.

Information in the room regarding food times within the resort would be helpful.in

Did not have breakfast, but bar area and staff were very helpful.. next time I will probably use the facilities more. Still haven't sorted out the breakfast/lunch/dinner situation yet.
