Breakfast was laid out badly. Two rooms one side hot and other side cold. Toaster and bread in cold side. Very difficult to move between sections. Sun beds need to be replaced - very black and mouldy looking.

Hotel exceptionally clean and room cleaning good. Was very surprised for a budget type hotel the value was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful. Close to all amenities without being noisy.

Relaxing hotel with helpful , courteous, friendly staff. Nice pool area with plenty of sun beds at any time of day. Pool bar was good value for money and had nice areas to relax. Best thing about this hotel is the excellent breakfast which was plentiful,good quality and lots of choice. Never had to find a table as it is very spacious. Rooms are cleaned well , and towels changed on a daily basis by very friendly staff. Visited in July and September this year and will return!

No kettle or fridge, breakfast was 8-10.30 am so long time to wait for a cup of tea or coffee if you wake early.

Location is fantastic, lovely pool area with bar for drinks and snacks. Comfortable beds. Very nice breakfast and dinner, plenty choice. Staff friendly and polite.

View to noisy street. Very noisy karting across the street. The noise from the karting was until 1 o'clock in the night. Very simple animation show.

The room was much smaller than what we expected from the pictures, which was a big challenge as a family of three. Also, it would have made a big difference if our room had had a small refrigerator and perhaps also a small kettle … but I don’t know, maybe that is not to be expected at a 3-star hotel.

Breakfast was very good, although it would be great if it was possible to add oats and/or muesli and a little more fresh fruit. Dinner was also very good. Great variety was provided. We loved the staff. everyone was very friendly, helpful and hard working. Air condition in the room was good and effective. The location of the hotel was great. It is right on the walking street with great shopping and dining opportunities. It is very near the beach, very near to public transportation, situated right next to a bus stop, that will take you many places you may want to go. Also, Wifi was really fast and efficient, which is not always the case at the hotels we have stayed.

Great location on the street with shops and restaurants. Beach about 2-3 minutes walk away. Staff very helpful and friendly, I especially appreciate the fast wifi even on the pool terrace as I work remote.

Have to buy drinks from the bar around the pool, not allowed to take your own down to the pool. We had been out for our evening meal and had a walk so we had bought a bottle of pop each and a we entered the hotel we heard the entertainment so popped in to have a look as we sat down we were told "it is not possible " pointing at our drinks. So we went to our rooms.

We went at the end of the season so the entertainment in the hotel was lacking. The bar was cash only which can be a bit difficult with us younger people only using cards. The food could have more variety and didn’t look too appealing which made us opt to eat out every night.

I wanted to change rooms to have a double bed and was offered a new room straight away for no extra cost, when I changed my mind and wanted to keep my room there was no fuss from the staff, they helped with everything from bus times to recommendations and everything else, one staff member in particular, Miguel was very very helpful and was also very kind and we had multiple conversations and was just overall very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is right beside multiple big stores, a McDonald’s, a kids fun park, a big strip with lots of little shops, restaurants, pubs ect, a 5 minute walk to the beach and literally right beside the bus to palma and the bus to the airport, we got a shuttle bus to and from the airport which was completely organised by the hotel and only cost €20pp each way. The hotel room was very clean and we had an amazing view from our balcony. Overall the staff were amazing and it was a great experience. Would definitely stay again.
