Right on the beach. Accommodating for 3 couples. Pools, spa, sauna, gym and everything in your room to cook a meal.

The staff at the reception were not friendly. Had no interest in providing information about the nearby area as we were the first tike travellers to gold coast. Extra linens and utensils provided were dirty. They need to supervise each thing before checking in the customers. Lounge furniture was very uncomfortable too.

The size of the apartment, the view and the amenities were perfect.

The aircon automatically turns off so in the middle of the night I had to get up and turn it on from the main switch in the living room.

This apartment had everything we needed! It was nice & clean, the beds were super comfortable, it had a nice view of the beach, my kids absolutely loved the outdoor and indoor pools and we loved how close were to the beach, the reception area and right through the hotel lobby smells amazing, it has a vending machine with yummy treats. It’s by far our favourite holiday stay on the Gold Coast. We will definitely be back soon! Thank you Surfers Aquarius

The settee was not fit for purpose. The room was worn & tired. The Wi-Fi was not not consistent but may have been due to weather conditions. Overall needs some TLC

Cleanliness of apartment! Needed a good clean especially the bathrooms. Outdoor furniture was really old and I didn't even want to sit on them as they looked dirty. Dishwasher had a broken handle so really hard to open and the was a cook plate that didn't work. Kitchen needed a good clean as well.

Cockroaches, I saw 3 cockroaches in the 2 nights we were there.

Excellent Ocean View, incredible sunrise and balcony view was lovely wrapping around the side.

It was neat and tidy but overall wasn’t very clean. The dishwasher also didn’t work the entire time we were there even after a technician visited and confirmed they’d fixed it. It was disappointing because it’s one of those time saving luxuries you want, and pay for, when you’re on holiday with the family. I advised via email and messages through booking.com that these things should be checked before new guests arrive. There was also food left all over the pots and the electric fry pan which was gross. At the time of booking I wasn’t aware that the accommodation is run more like a hotel, without the daily house keeping, than like a home stay. So you’ll need to bring or buy toiletries including toilet paper, dish washing liquid or tablets, garbage bags and laundry liquid etc as what’s included is VERY limited for stays more than 3 days or in our case where some items were completely non existent or inadequate for the amount of guests to be accommodated.

We booked an Ocean front deluxe 3 bedroom apartment and were given unit 25A. The apartment was large, spacious and well furnished. The views were absolutely amazing! Sea breezes for days!! The beach front location and complex facilities were nice and relaxing to come back to after long days out exploring. Underground secure parking was included on request (height restrictions of 2.1m). We found checkin and out very easy because the instructions provided were extensive, specific and easy to follow. Even with the few negative things we experienced our family of 3 adults and 3 kids (13,10,8) would happily stay here again.

A little cleanliness in the kitchen would be good. Get pest control and that would be perfect
