The booking.com amendment to my booking (made a month before) wasn't communicated so the venue weren't expecting us when we arrived and overcharged us. The staff were great though and found an alternate room however it did take over 10 days for a refund to be processed.

In the unit we stayed, the washing machine was very noisy! Afraid to use… The TV was not the best, the controls were dodgy! All need updating or checked… The kitchen OVEN was very worn out, couldn’t read the knobs, all were completely non existent! And the utensils were very old….needs updating. Pan was not level on the stove, wonky. A vacuum cleaner would have been handy….brooms and mops need updating. The new carpets, blinds and painted walls etc in the bedrooms were great. I feel it’s important to let the owner know, otherwise they will think all is ok, when in fact it isn’t. However, we would stay there again, so long as the unit gets a bit of TLC.

The Location was fantastic, the easy walking access to many restaurants and the beach was perfect! The view was absolutely great, view straight out to the ocean, no obstructions of other buildings from the main living area and was nice and private.

Lots of cockroaches. Floors weren't vacuumed and dishes had quite a few stains.

Our room had a bit of wear and tear, as well as stained carpets. Housekeeping was somewhat rare but this is likely due to staffing issues.

The fan in the bathroom was always on and was noisy so we had to keep the door shut at all times. The shower door in the shower was also a little stuck and we were worried opening/closing it each time we used it.

Location was great - extremely close to the beach and public bus stop. The indoor pool and spas were great and a good temperature. Shower temperature and pressure were great.

Although looked clean at first glance. It wasn't. Floors were dirty despite looking clean. Within 5 mins of walking barefoot, our feet were black. Main shower drain had build up and hair. Every morning would have to kill little roaches. Some of kitchen appliances(electric pan) were filthy. Dishwasher didn't clean properly.

The apartment was big and spacious. Lovely setup. Great location.

Overall there was nothing to dislike about the property but as a heads up for future stays, the apartments are not serviced unless staying for more than 8 nights. Aside from a couple of dishwashing liquid and powders and a couple of laundry detergent sachets there were no cleaning supplies. So if you can would recommend bringing your own, bin liners too!

The location was fabulous - could not get closer to the beach. The staff and in-house residents were wonderful, friendly and kind. Any issues (very minor) we had were dealt with swiftly and efficiently with a smile. Ammenities on site were great for our family and had everything we needed.

Older unit and that is ok but it was advertised 1 double bed and 2 single beds, the 2nd bedroom had a double bed, the bed was old and uncomfortable. Kitchen not well stocked with plates and utensils etc.

TV didn’t work in bedroom. Travelling with 3 couples and no dishwasher tablets had to hand wash and lack of soaps etc
