there was no fan in the bathroom so it got very foggy, the movies were expensive and $100 was taken from my account and still not returned after asking staff

Lighting in the room was rather dim. There were no overhead lights in the main area, and lamps were low, so they did not shed much light.

The location was great. A very buzzy area of Sydney and very convenient for public transport. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, staying there was a good experience.

Was put in a room with a bath/shower. Travelling with an elderly family member with limited mobility and had to request a room change. Also very loud air conditioning unit that made it difficult to sleep.

Quite dusty. Lighting not very bright in room. Bathroom fan didn't work. Carpets in hallway needs a deep clean.

Great location, walked to Central Station. Bathroom very nice with good size bath and with shower and mirror. Loved the colour changing lights. Room good size.

Everyone was very polite and helpful so there were no problems .

Breakfast was delicious except it would be nice for the waiter to bring tea or coffee to my table. The location was good as it was close to Central Train station.

Rooms could be more equipped with necessities: Tea towel would have been nice but not available. Extra beverage supplies such as tea, coffee, and sugar.

Staff were efficient and accommodating to needs as requested. Enjoyed the stay, just a little extra time into making sure rooms are equipped with everyday useful items.

Some complimentary water would have been welcomed - turns out you need to be a member - which is not always convenient. We were staying as guest so would consider this an expectation. Chose to stay as it was close to the station and we were flying international the next day. The air conditioning was noisy.

Breakfast was convenient, fresh and some nice choices. Great we could order ice to our room. Nice also to have a pool and sauna available. check in and check out was convenient.

The shower recess wasn’t cleaned properly and still had old soap caked up in the shower tiled shelf. We arrived at around midnight due to flights. We were charged full tariff, This was a stop over and was not offered a late check out or anything complimentary as it stay was short. Sometimes it doesn’t hurt to go above and beyond for guests. We paid over 550 dollars for two rooms for a few hours.

The pathway to the pool and gym feels dodgy. The pool had no towels when we arrived. We booked a late check-out, but for some reason it wasn't logged properly or something, because we were locked out of our room. We went to a male staff member at a side desk at first, but they were useless as they didn't understand the problem. The ladies working at the main checkout desk were much more helpful in understanding the problem and getting us back to our room.

Our room overlooked the city - a fun view to observe late at night. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was the icing on the cake; lots of variety and all tasty!
