Only something very minor - that the coffee pods we bought didn't fit the machine. It would be good if there was a note attached to it to say it requires specific pods.

The building is around forty years old, and  it is evident throughout the apartment we had.

From the moment I spoke to Tommy to book the apartment I knew dad and I were going to enjoy staying at Talisman Apartments. The view was spectacular of apartment 53. Tommy, Sarah and Chloe's friendliness and acomodating manner was 10/10.

Great location for walking to beach, supermarket etc. Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Facilities were great - nice pool area with plenty of loungers. A bit more generosity with the basics would have been appreciated. There was no salt and pepper shakers and just One dishwash and laundry sachet provided which is annoying when you are flying in and out.

Booked a 2 bedroom apartment for two people related only to find out once booked one room will be locked off. I've always booked 2 bedroom apartments before and never charged extra to use both rooms.

Location was in a awesome spot so close to beach, supermarket and lots of restaurants.

Sheets on the bed weren’t that comfy. Would have been nice to have a few basic things like tea, coffee, salt, pepper etc

No face wash cloths available in our unit, although we didn’t ask. Only having 1 elevator in service was not too much of an inconvenience.

Excellent location, just across the road from the beach, 2 minute walk to bars, restaurants, and supermarket, 5 minute walk to the G link tram. Any issues we had were sorted immediately.

Only one elevator was operating. The couch was a bit grubby. It would’ve been nice if the air-con was turned on prior to entering the room because it was raining on arrival, so it smelled funny and seemed dirty and damp at first. However, after airing the place out and running the air conditioner it completely changed the feel and smell of the room. Also, the blankets need some updating. Aside from these minor things, it is a lovely property.

Beautiful view and size of apartment. Staff were welcoming, which was really nice! The location was perfect.

Lifts undergoing renovation so a bit slow at times but overall fine (knew about this before booking). No fitness centre (which we also knew). Across the board since the scamdemic, it seems hard to get good deals on apartments and airfares for holidays in Australia, everything's become a lot more expensive. I hope this settles down eventually

Have stayed at Talisman many times. New owners Sarah/Tommy continuing the good work of Wayne/Carolyn. Love the beach views, beach right across the road, air conditioning, good area Broadbeach, easy access to Surfers Paradise just 10 mins up the road, free parking, pool and spa, nice clean apartment, free wi-fi, all the basics

The location is excellent, close to shops, parks, restaurants and is beach front. The staff are very attentive and always very welcoming.

The furniture in the lounge area is a bit basic and is more suited to outdoor use than indoors.

The sea view from the apartment is beautiful. The location is perfect - across the road from the beach and a short walk from plenty of bars/restaurants. Secure underground parking also a bonus.
