Room was getting cleaned so had to wait a little for check in and the main shower was blocked so we couldn’t use that bathroom. But the view was so good we didn’t complain.

Size and layout of kitchens made for difficult access plus only 1 person in at a time. Lack of oven racks and cooking equipment in 2H, and lack of any oven in 6B severely limited our ability to cook for a family. No facecloths were provided and washing up cloths and liquid were insufficient.

Brilliant location, rooftop pool and spa were great.

The only thing I didn’t like was the room wasn’t the cleanest should be cleaner and we had multiple cockroaches in our room. Definitely needed to be fumigated again. Staff was very helpful when I mentioned it though

It was a great quiet location for our family to stay. Really nice view. The roof top pool and spa was absolutely amazing so nice up there. The spa in the room was amazing. The cafe there was amazing such lovely staff and the food and coffee was amazing. The water features all around the ground floor was so nice and the lady at the counter was really nice. The price was pretty good for a 3 night stay.

The Atrium, although still looking an attractive building, has aged over the years and the unit in which we stayed had a number of faults needing attention. We had to call for someone to come to do a repair on the fridge as it was leaking water. The ceiling fan in the main bedroom had 2 speeds - very slow and crazy fast so on a humid night it was difficult to get a decent sleep.

I used to own an apartment in the Atrium in the 1990s and stayed there a number of times and loved the location and the facilities. Having to go to the Gold Coast to visit family, I thought it would be good to stay at the Atrium where I had enjoyed visits in the past. The facilities were still as good as previously except for the Tennis Court where the fence needed repairs.

These are individually owned apartments and therefore all quite different from what I saw. The people above us lived there full time and were smokers, so there were a few times we were forced to go inside and shut the doors to the balconies to avoid sitting in their secondhand smoke. Our unit was quite old and tired. Lots of stains on the carpet, old appliances (the freezer was actually broken when we got there but the really nice maintenance guy fixed it straight away), one of the TVs didn’t work and the remote for the other didn’t work despite putting in new batteries. Nothing major on their own just lots of signs some apartments are not maintained as well as others.

Great views, wonderful spot, lots of options for restaurants, groceries, etc. The staff were lovely and so helpful with getting things fixed quickly. Huge balconies, two pools and two spas to choose from so plenty of room for everyone to relax. Our apartment was a great large family size and was stocked with most of the basics you’d need.

Had asked to access a second car space for my parents vehicle but were told we couldnt despite many car spots being empty, a bit disappointed especially given the dangerous weather on the GC that week (tornado etc)

Great location down a quieter end of the GC. 2 pools & spas. Small kitchen but still quite adequate for our needs. Team were responsive to maintenance request for noisy fan. Plenty of restaurants and cafes close by and Harbour Town less than 10min drive.

The rooms were not clean, the floors and carpets were dirty and the bed sheets had hairs on them. I had to do a full clean vacuum and mop and sterilise the bathroom. We paid 2400 for 5 nights so for this price you expect the rooms to be immaculate.

The location and view from the balcony overlooking the broad water was fantastic, pool facilities were wonderful and the restaurant downstairs was convenient with great food.

Appartment not clean, very run down. Spa bath taped up with masking tape, shower mouldy, television screen on its way out. Brother & family stayed in another appartment, beautiful. Pictures on website are misleading, it should show exact room you are booking.

The ceiling fan in lounge room and bedroom 2 needs replacing. It's very noisy you can't leave it on and there is no air con in the bedrooms.

Place is a bit outdated and there could be more care to cleanliness. Beds were on wheels on a laminated floor. Given very limited supplies such as 1x laundry and dish was liquid for a 3 night minimum stay.

Rooftop pool was great for the kids. View was refreshing and nice to have aircon and fans.

The offerings of laundry powder and washing liquid in small packets was disappointing. The amounts do not calculate to the length of stay & amount of times laundry / washing dishes is done.

It was great having an onsite cafe and being provided an upgrade due to some changes outside our control.

Fan was noisy but fixed next day- however walked in whilst worker was there & the dirt & dust on the bed, from the fan, was horrible….. this was obvious just brushed off the bed onto the floor as no vacuum was used- did not sleep in the main bed for remaining 2 nights. Also good idea to have at least matching glasses & have change available for games room or at least heads up customers.

Not happy about a 5 night stay and only one sachet each of dish liquid, dishwashing, and washing powder, and only 1 roll of toilet paper provided. Have to purchase more either from front desk or a supermarket. Never seen this before, and won't be coming back. Front manager not the friendliest person and could use some customer service skills.

The unit was well designed, airy and clean. Location is good. Front manager was helpful and offered me a car park close to the lift (knee problems).
