The bedroom and building needed some TLC and looked tired. The bath taps needed looking at we couldn’t get the temp right for shower.

Spacious bathroom, location was amazing on the West prom, the view of the sea from the room, nice breakfast, comfy bed.

There was an entrance for the hotel but it was locked, there was no sign of where to go to check in. We had to go through the bar and restaurant to check in, normally this would have been fine but there was a private party in the restaurant and it was a bit awkward walking through them. The bed wasn't the best to sleep on but it worked. There was no shelf in the bathroom to put your things.

Staff were very friendly. The bar and restaurant area looked lovely, welcoming and dog friendly. We ate at the restaurant and the food was beautiful. The breakfast in the morning was also very good. The room we had was very clean and the shower was AMAZING!

There was nothing to dislike.

We had the salmon dish in the restaurant upon arrival. It was fantastic! Room was comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was comprehensive and tasty. Host was very pleasant and helpful.

For us it was the distance from our venue we were attending but anyone without mobility problems would be fine

A little cold, no heating on in the day!warm everywhere else& a great fire in he bar!

As i was on my own i could feel safe in knowing that it had a restaurant open 12-8pm & bar until 10pm. Plenty of walks& you could walk into town to!i would stay again,room was spacious, but a little cold at times in bad weather! Staff helpful& lovely,chef included!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A little bit noisy it sounded like someone snoring all night but obviously not the hotels fault.

The food was amazing . We had dinner in the restaurant and am very glad we did , food was excellent and well worth the price. The breakfast was lovely too all cooked fresh . The view was incredible looking out across the sea especially as it was a bit stormy wow

Nothing to dislike.

Location is in the quieter area of Llandudno,with lovely views of the sea and Great Orme. Parking is 'great' right outside on main road. Staff pleasant and helpful, evening meal and breakfast excellent. Everything in the bedroom lovely. Will certainly recommend.

I selected parking, only to find out that the parking is on the road outside the property. . This worked about well for us because of the time of year we went. We may not be so lucky in the summer.

The staff were very friendly, and the food well deserved of their rating The burger was yummy! The sea view from the room was perfect. The bedroom had a very comfy double bed, with good lighting. There were tea coffee and hot choc provided, and the bathroom was also to a high standard We will be back

The hotel will be even better when the 'Guest Lounge' opens. It already looks like it's finished/ready, but it was closed during our visit. It will provide another option to relax in, rather than just sitting in your bedroom.

The on-street (free) parking always helps. As we stayed on the run-up to Christmas, there weren't many other guests, so it made for a very chilled, personalised experience. The seaview rooms were very spacious, and the breakfasts were plentiful.

Booked Superior room but room not as good as previous stays smaller room, bad layout (sofa under TV) & only a side view of the sea.
