bed was very comfortable and there was butter & condiments left for breakfast so for a quicker getaway in the morning we obtained muffins from the nearby IGA to toast in the morning - the host Mick is very chatty & helpful

Beautiful setting;close to water and town centre. Hosts Mike and Prue were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were roomy, comfortable, clean and well appointed.

Magnificent.. loved it. Little extra touches, spotlessly clean, warm and welcoming, nothing like your regular overnight stay room. Beautiful rooms just like home. The hosts were warm and friendly and full of good suggestions about the area. Eating and travelling. They even had an elaborate space for the car. Great deck, excellent location, and quiet. We wanted to stay for longer, but alas, all booked out... no wonder. Amazing. Congrats to the hosts. Best place we have stayed in a very long time.

The beds were fairly comfortable. But it's always difficult with beds as my husband is quite tall.

Very clean and spacious. Our hosts were very welcoming and knowledgeable of the local area, including dining and activities. The accommodation was homely, inviting and very close to local eateries and the waterfront.

The house is clean but wish there were more toiletries provided as there were 4 of us.

The location is close to the Hogarth fall and the Gordon river cruises which we visited. The carport and it has washing hose conveniently placed, so I could hose down the car.

I didn't want to leave, 1 night isn't enough, need 2

Piecefull & and quiet, listening to the ocean, the owners very friendly and welcoming. Wished I had more time to stay. A MUST - do the wilderness diesel train ride. Couple different packages to pick from. A MUST - the river cruise, apparently, it's well worth it, shame I ran out of time. If you like waterfalls, gotta do it.

Communication from Prue & Mick was great right from time of booking through to collection of keys. We were welcomed with a smile and a chat, and provided insight of a beautiful walk down to the falls before dinner, across the road was very welcome and lived both experiences lived up to expectation. Our evening was truly enhanced by the magical sunset experienced on the restaurant verandah seating, then back to the accommodation to relax and enjoy a hot shower and comfortable bed. While not 5 star accommodation, the hospitality, location and cleanliness were great and highly recommended.
