The person/s staying above us sounded like they were running around till 11pm you can hear other floors guests. Being an older place it creaks. Also the fairy lights outside shine into your room as cute as they look from the outside the flashing makes it hard to fall asleep.

The room was beautiful so cute. The spa bath was amazing . The view was beautiful and the common area is so cute to go sit and enjoy

Wonderful view of the ocean and shoreline, very charming old cottage-style room, spa bath was a great feature, as were the candles and incense. We were grateful that they allowed pets and the owner was very friendly.

The vegan breakfasts are not just for vegans! Everyone should find them delicious. I particularly recommend the overnight soaked oats and Chinese dumplings.

The most beautiful and welcoming B&B, a little home away from home! Amazing location to Lakes Entrance, gorgeous breakfast with a view! We only stayed the one night stopping over after a long drive. Facilities had everything we could have needed. The host Ling was so lovely and gave us lots of suggestions for the local area!

This house is amazing and quirky. Quite unique. Purpose built as a B&B. Great communal breakfast and relaxing seating area with great ocean views. If you want to experience something quite magical then stay here. Lots of nooks and crannies to explore. The owner, Lynne is a lovely lady who is very welcoming.

There is some construction going on nearby but it was no problem for us.

A beautiful B&B in a special location. Clare was an exceptional host and was extremely helpful. The house is beautiful and very comfortable with excellent facilities. The included breakfast was delicious.

This B&B is nestled on a hillside with a continuous view of the ocean from the main deck. It's comfortable, colorful, cute and quirky, and very different from the usual motel room. The beds are very comfy, there's a bath and everything you need with lots of interesting pieces in the rooms, a balcony and shared spaces. It was lovely having breakfast on the deck in the sunshine with an ocean view. An interesting, peaceful place to stay. Thank you Linh!

Probably it was just a little unnerving to getting down to property in the dark but well lit once you parked the car

Higgledy-piggledy house, a fun, different accommodation, eclectic, quirky and fun. Great views, big room, spa bath, balcony, what else do you need. My hostess was so supportive and helpful, keen to provide anything you wanted. She certainly buzzed around and made you feel welcome. Breakfast simple but more than enough. Despite being a little distance from the sea it was so comfortably quiet at night you could hear the waves
