The Buffett breakfast was overpriced. The room a little small.

The staff were wonderful, the room, foyer and lifts were stunning, the location was so central. The pillows, the bed, the complimentary mini fridge, the robes and the awesome block out curtains and quietness- what is not to love about this place.

The aircon heater was not working well blowing cold air. Breakfast was disappointing we got there 7.30 my hot meal was cold Would be nice if there was cappuccino on the menu for the price you pay was 😞😞

This is my third visit to The Grace, and I absolutely adore this place! The impeccable room presentation, space and comfort is a major highlight for me. We had a King Deluxe room with complimentary water and soft drinks. The bathroom is a stunning minimalist design with earthy tones that immediately left you feeling relaxed. The second night we decided to have room service for dinner (since we LOVED spending time in the space) and the Beef and Guiness Pie from PJ O'Brien's was outstanding! I mean, we could've gone into the tavern itself, but it was fabulous to sit in the comfort of our room, with a glass of wine and enjoy such a delightful meal. What a treat! As an added bonus, we had an extra day in Sydney to kill some time, so leaving our luggage with the concierge really made our day much easier. The location is perfect if you want to be right in the centre of the city too. One block from the QV Building and George Street Mall, and nearby cafes, and pop up coffee stations, easy walking distance and no need for transport. Our Uber arrival and departure meant for easy return to the airport. We look forward to returning to The Grace soon. Thank you for your fantastic service.

I called to see if my room was ready at 11.30am So I could drop my bad in the room as I had a show to go to. The guy said there are rooms ready! However I would have to pay $50 to get in early! I said no it’s ok! When I got there and parked under the Grace which is amazing! We went to reception and the lovely girl said yes Mrs Childs your room is ready! I can check you in now! So I was very greatful! I dropped my bag off in the room and got a cab to the show! This saved me having to come back between thee event to check in at 3pm 11am check out is amazing!

Coffee sachets. Upgrade to a coffee machine please. Recreation area and terrace on 11th floor a bit of a forgotten zone. Could be so good with a rooftop bar etc.

Were given a free upgrade and late checkout. Room refurbished nicely. Room service breakfast was fabulous. Location is central CBD near station and Light Rail. Old world charm in common areas. Beautiful art deco hotel.

Great location. Rooms clean and comfortable. Staff friendly. Love the little touches such as free mini bar (water, juice). Love the double room options (2 x doubles) as travelling with my adult daughter so we both had plenty of space.
