There were no slippers, robe, or courtesy toiletries in the bedroom/bathroom. No courtesy water bottle either. The air conditioning only produced cold air. I thought it was ridiculous that we had to pay so much for parking, especially during the low season.

The bed was very comfortable, the bedroom was spacious with lots of mirrors. The staff was very nice, especially Jota from the fitness activities team! The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast buffet was good (with some room for improvement).

Lovely spacious and clean room. Pool area was very nice. Breakfast and all meals were very good lots of choices. Staff were very friendly.

The food at the buffet was average. The salads and vegetables were excellent but the fresh meat & fish were not great. We were very disappointed that for 1 day the baby pool was out of action - as we were there only 3 days.

The staff were really friendly. The facilities for children were great. It was very attractive with nice rooms. Access to the beach was great. I loved the buffet, especially the chef who made omelette in the morning! It was the best place for a toddler. She could run around all day, play in the splash park, playground. Lots of options for her at the buffet, and they had high chair etc.

The check-in was a disaster. Basically check-in time is 2PM, we arrived at 6PM an the room was not ready. An upgrade to a “villa” was promised, but we had to wait another hour. The villa was very nice but from our perspective not big enough for 3 people (although of course we booked for us parents plus 15y old daughter). Totally exhausted from a long day we told the reception desk that there are only two beds and we do not see the space for a third. The lady confirmed that it is too small and after massive complaining and waiting for again another hour we got a room which was equipped with a third bed while we waited in the room, because it was also not ready. In the meanwhile the pool closed at 8PM. In the whole process I have to say that the lady from the reception desk was super friendly. A bit strange is the fact that as a guest not having dinner the evening programme (e.g. some singer, I think beginning at 9PM) is only available from 10:30PM (ending at 11PM), because the evening programme takes place on the terrace where the dinner takes place and you not allowed to enter before 10:30, but have to wait in the bar. Outside the hotel there are hardly an alternatives, only by car or taxi...

The hotel was good, directly at the really wonderful beach and a nice, large pool in the middle of the hotel. Personnel was very friendly and the breakfast was absolutely exceptional – really, really good - from my perspective the highlight of the hotel.

Breakfast was above expectations. Amazing variety of choice between sweet, savoury and healthy food. We enjoyed a lot the omelette station. As well as the pancakes. Dinner was also superb. The use of the SPA area worth the visit. Last but not least, we had the luck to attend a night of entertainment. It was super fun!

Had a burger that was not great, they happily did not charge. Lunch bar menu a bit sparse.

They have refettided rooms and common areas, only the pools have not been changed (pools did not need changing). New rooms very comfortable, could not complain about anything.

Buffet was only dinner option in hotel restaurant and it did not include tuna as a real option in a town and region known for the best tuna fish.

Hotel was beautiful and very clean. Staff were very professional yet friendly and could not have been more helpful. Food and drinks were great. We used the Level and the Beach Bar. The Tuna steak at the beach bar was outstanding! Really enjoyed everything.

The entertainment team was reduced and the night activities for the family were badly missed, the shows for Mamma Mia, Lion king… were highly regarded other years we have been to the hotel before. On small elements, the shower on the swimming pool didn’t work.
