Didn’t have breakfast there but dinner in the restaurant was Lovley. Beautiful location with fantastic views and wildlife at your doorstep .Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and spotlessly clean. A great base to explore the grampians

Pretty strange to hanve a huge spa so close to the bed. I'm unimpressed by this apparently new trend of putting spas in bedrooms, particularly when Australia is a dry continent and we should be trying to save on water use!

The room was cold even with the heater on it took along time to feel comfortable, and the smell of the cleaning products that had been used in the room when we arrived was overpowering. The outdated decor and wall art, although these don’t really impact comfort just the over aesthetics if you wanted to spend time relaxing in you room.

Quiet and peaceful location with beautiful views, the perfect stay if you are out all day and just looking for a place to sleep. Room was neat and tidy.

Great value for money and clean and tidy room. Only drawback is a little distance (3km) from town centre so too far to walk. Other than that would recommend as a no fuss budget priced accommodation option.

Needed a ceiling fan because you couldn’t leave the doors open because no screens and the air conditioner didn’t work properly, the room was a bit stuffy

We stayed for 2 nights and our room wasn’t cleaned. The wifi network was pretty bad.

The overall location was beautiful. The evenings were nice n calm with kangaroos wandering around the green land& also, there was bonfire at night.

The room, furniture, bathroom and the Spa bath we booked were quite old-fashioned and a bit worn down. But as mentioned, they seem to be in the process of upgrading the place so I hope this will improve soon. Also, I hope they use warmer, more comfy lightbulbs then.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Obviously they are in the process of upgrading the place, at least that's what they told us. Good restaurant! Lots of wildlife on property :) Lots of bushwalking/hiking options, but note that you need a car to get to the starting points.

Our room was in the STANDARD section of the motel. This part of the motel appears to be run down - nothing worked - our microwave didn't work - had to be replaced. Our fridge had only two settings - OFF or Freezing everything, the TV was a problem. The guest laundry washing machine didn't work - our washing was done in the managers washing machine - all in all very frustrating that nothing worked properly - maintenance an issue?

The motel is located in a quiet, secluded location with a great view of the Grampians

A chair in our room was broken and the chairs were badly stained and hard as rocks. The Kettle wouldn't work and blew a fuse. Insufficient toilet paper. No room service to replace used items such as milk, biscuits or toilet paper. We were given the wrong room with just 1 bed instead of the 2 beds we booked so we had to be moved to a family room.

The grounds and scenery were fantastic. The dinner was beautiful.

We had very noisy people in the next room which spoilt our relaxation, and they were noisy until very late. This is not the hotels fault though.

The room was a little old fashioned, and the TV had minimal channels. The lock on the door was a bit wobbly, however no other complaints

Hot water didn't go work in the shower which made things a little chilly!

View was super fantastic. Beautiful scenery. Wildlife all around. Very natural and lovely grounds. Two heaters and an electric blanket kept it toasty, it was a VERY cold night.
