Though functional, the room was definitely beat up with things like broken handles and water leaks that left parts of the bathroom floor constantly wet. Also, for some people it might matter the elevator is kind of weird, requiring climbing a flight and a half of stairs to access

The location is great, 10 min walk to most major sights and transit so you can get around the city. The terrace on the roof has good views of the Bosphorus and is nice for breakfast in good weather. The room was clean

A bit annoyed with the AC situation. It was very hot, and although the AC worked it was not cold at all. I told the receptionist who said he would send someone to look at it, but by the time I returned to sleep it was clear nothing had been done. Also, something was clearly wrong with the AC setting since it turned off every half an hour and I had to turn it back on. I managed to change the setting to a fan, in which there was no effort to cool the room from the AC unit. Good thing I stayed only for about 12 hours. The water pressure in the bathroom is a bit poor too. Although they have hot water, it takes some time before the water turns to the desired temperature. The building has an elevator and is 5 floors in total. To get to the elevator though, you have to go through the first floor to catch it through a very narrow staircase. You have to note this especially if you are bringing a big luggage. My room was on the 4th floor and I had to bring my luggage down to the 4th floor because the elevator stopped at the 5th floor.

The room (single) is really really tiny. It is ok though, if you are in transit like I was, but definitely not for an extended stay. I really appreciate the fridge, and the bathroom is really nice and clean. The breakfast terrace has an amazing view of the sea, but unfortunately, I didn't have it since I left very early. The check-in was no-nonsense too. The location, you can't beat it. It is literally 1 minutes from the Marmaray line at Sirkeci. There are plenty of food places around, and the tramline is nearby. It is a very central place.

No electric kettle. I was instructed to just ask from reception but it was an inconvenient since i regularly drink warm water and reception provides 1 cup at a time.

Location was perfect. Very near the Sirkeci Train Station. Easy to navigate using google maps. A lot of the important spots are within 15 minutes walk. There was a lot of hangers in the wardrobe

The cleanliness is really bad. There is mold everywhere, the floors are never cleaned and the food was either very old(bread) or very low quality. Avoid this place if you don't want to get some kind of disease. The facilities are falling apart, the water kettle is not working, neither tv.

The only good thing about this place is the location.

Overall it was excellent. Considering the price I paid, I am very content. The location is superb. The most pivotal is that you get a clean, tidy room with cleaning maintenance every day. Highly recommending it.

The bathroom was really small and the bedroom the same. Too small for 3 people. The bathroom wasn't in very good condition. And the breakfast didn't have to many options. For coffe they have hot water and ness. Not even an expressor or something. If you want coffe we need to go to reception and you need to pay for it.

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. In the bathroom and also in the room it was full of humidity (damp) and mold. I paid in avans for 3 nights but I stayed there just one night and than I wanted to leave because of horrible smell of mold. I asked for my money fback for the rest of 2 nights but they said that they can’t. Ok… The hotel very old and unkempt.

bathroom door height was low so every time i goes to bathroom i hit my head. Internet was barely there i complaint few times but nothing has been doing. Room was ok, people at front desk barely speaks English but they were helpful when i need them.

the hotel is terrible - to avoid! I wouldn't call this a hotel, but a cheap hostel! we booked a room as a couple, and got a room for a single person, where my husband could not stretch his legs in bed at all. dirt everywhere, there is no brush in the toilet. the windows are half open, broken and the wind enters the room because they are so damaged that they cannot be closed. they run like a hotel, you don't even get water, not to mention coffee and tea! The service is terrible, the people at the reception - zero culture, uneducated and uninterested in helping you. when we showed the picture of the room on booking, the manager told us: "it's taken from a good angle, but those are the rooms". cigars can be felt on every floor! in any case, a hotel to avoid! next to it, there are 300 m hotels such as Orient Express and Spa, and Orka Royal, in which I have stayed before, and if booked through booking in advance, the price will be 50 euros more, with far better service that cannot be compared, cleanliness and culture! My honest opinion - avoid this hotel(hostel)!!!

even though I reserved a section with an elevator, they placed us in a section without. the rooms are very small. the daughter could not stretch her legs on the bed. the bathroom is not cleaned and you can see mold in the joints between the tiles breakfast is the same every day.

the only thing that is valid here is the location of the object. it is located across from Sirkeci Marmaray and the T1 line

Facilities are extremely bad and they make you stay in another building not the one in the pictures, totally fraud, no water, bathrooms very old and everything is broken, the building in the picture is next to the one they put us in and they said ahhh the one in pictures hasaproblrm in heating so we cannot put there which we discover later is a lie, worst place ever
