I'd booked in for a ground floor apartment because Jane is 87 it was very difficult getting up and down stairs, also difficult helping her get in and out the bath tub for a shower so slippery. I fell getting out of it lucky I only bruised my hip

the pool area that was connected to us is outdated and patchy on floor, BBQ area currently being renovated. water is freezing! pillows were too soft or too hard and bed also hard; only 1 tv so had to fight with the kids! sand flies terrible as near river/water

airy appt with lots of utensils in kitchen, laundry was fab to use, manager was accomodating and helpful, staff were pleasant and approachable, great area inside and out. bath in second bathroom was good for little ones

Room needs some maintenance... missing shower curtain, toilet water inlet not filling correctly, grounds could do with some upkeep.

The initial look of the property when arrived, the entrance needs a spruce up. Air conditioner didn't really work in one of the apartments we rented Rented for 10 days and no one ever came to clean or change towels

I bit of a walk to city centre and didn't see a bus very often. Really need a car. The choice of pools was nice.

Be careful of the little insects around the pool, they are almost invisible but leave a nasty itchy bite.

Great size apartment on the 2nd floor with all the facilities we required as a family. Pools were fantastic and our kids had lots of fun swimming in all the different ones.

Breakfast was included at the booking, but everything was closed on Good Friday, and nobody informed us or arranged for an alternative breakfast solution. In general, poor communication, also for the late check-in. They could have simply provided the code beforehand but rely on you to call a number.

The resort is super calm, I ve worked next to the pool. Nice warm water in the pools and beautiful lush greenery all around. The day that we did get breakfast, it was really good.

Was a bit far away from the heart of cairns, glad we had a car. The garage door wouldn’t open with the remote. Staff were not overly helpful with tour bookings. we also had tvs and fridge’s delivered to our room without any prior knowledge and the delivery people were given a master key to enter our room without permission which I found quite worrying that staff would give out keys to anyone with no supervision

The room was spacious, loved the outdoor undercover balcony area, and the pool was amazing. loved that we were able to access the pool from our room.

The washing machine leaked all the water out into the apartment and out the front door the kids nearly slipped and we had nothing to clean it up with. Tried calling the mobile but no answer. Also the shower in the main bathroom was spraying all ove the place - outside the tub and no pressure to wash my hair. The bath tap was drizzling and leaking the whole time. These things can be fixed so I thought it was not that big of a deal.

The space of the apartment and openness was tops - location next to pool and ground level for the kids overlooking the pool was great with our own outdoor area which also was private and loved that it could be enclosed. Tv in bedroom large bathroom with double sinks and very comfy beds. Very clean and the privacy of the location was the best part.

Servicing of rooms would have been nice while we were there, but I understand that's not how they run.

Tiegan was wonderful to deal with and made our holiday extra special. The pool was great and the two bedroom apartment was amazing very spacious and had everything we needed.

What I didn't like was that the air conditioning was not working properly it was making the rooms and the whole apartment hot. Also the kettle was not working properly, so I could not make my sons bottle for him at times. The car park we parked our vehicle in was too small, not enough space to get out from.

We enjoyed it very much, everything was lovely. Comfortable and cosy.

Being on a ground level next to the pool was good, but not so good if ppl didn't respect the 10pm pool closure time. Also the undercover parking we were in leaked some sort of weird air conditioning fluid which stained our rental car like paint. It came off, but if we didn't have full insurance coverage we may have had to pay. Our showerhead also needed replacing as it had some small spray leak which you'd expect would be fixed given the $$$ you're paying to stay there.

Great variety of pools, great on-site Thai restaurant, and good location a few minutes away from the heart of Cairns. Great holiday vibe of the resort overall. Good air con.
