The pool and especially the area around the pool is very very small. It was quite difficult to walk around the pool. Also, the spa was broken the entire time we were there.

Parking space for Apartment 1 very tight and challenging for a large vehicle. Spa not working.

No complaints about the property. Dryer not working but alternative dryer access was provided which was very helpful as our stay was during a rainy week.

Great space for 6 people with everything we needed for our stay. Convenient location just a short walk to beach & shops & ferry and a list of suggestions for activities from the staff which came in handy.

The beds (especially the queen bed) and pillows were uncomfortable The apartment was tidy but not exactly clean. Cockroach droppings we’re found all over the bath when we arrived and it needed a dust/ vacuum as you could see accumulations of dust on the walls (master bedroom left corner) There was a few things that needed maintenance and fixing including a broken towel rack in bathroom, a wobbly glass rack in shower. The silicon and grout in showers were full of build up and we’re mouldy… didn’t make for enjoyable showers. And it was just our luck that Unfortunately the spa heater wasn’t working during our stay

Security on front door a little light on but no big issue

Great location within walking distance to Hasting Street and the bus stop right outside the gate. Pool was lovely and flat very comfortable. Will definitely book again.

I would like block out curtains or blinds on the living room windows as this effects the loft bedroom and hard to sleep past 4.30 to 5am! I would also have loved some larger mugs and coat hangers too please.

The décor and vibe was great. The beds were comfortable, and the place was quite spacious.

The single beds in 2nd Bedroom weren't that comfortable

there was plenty of initial supplies so that we didnt run out of the basics. the outdoor seating on the balcony was comfortable. the whole unit was very clean and walking distance to Hastings Street.

Perfect location within walking distance from Hastings Street. Nice position in the block of apartments. Not too many apartments in block. Had everything we wanted - pool, parking, a few basic necessities so we didnt have to go shopping straight away - and was very clean, simply and nicely decorated. Would stay again.

No BBQ Beds a bit hard

Great apartment complex. The apartments are nice and airy and have been modernised and refurbished. Our apartment was spotlessly clean which was fantastic given some of our family have asthma. The kitchen was well equipped but having a barbeque would have been nice. The bed was a bit uncomfortable but the apartment was really nicely presented and styled. The location is excellent, 8-10 min walk to Hastings Street. The pool is tiny, so if you're looking for a poolside location to hang out with the kids, this is not it. The grounds are impeccable, neat, clean and freshly painted. The staff is friendly and attentive. I would recommend this apartment to anyone.
