The facilities were a little underwhelming. The pool didn’t look enticing.

The location and service was great! We were close to two beaches - also about out to Vincent at the reception for good food recommendations.

The free shuttle to Kata noi or Kata beach running every 2 hours was very useful. Staff were also very accomodating with using the shuttle to take us back to our room as our room was up a steep lengthy staircase

Lovely service and perfect location if you want to go between kata and kata noi, a few stairs if you’re up high but they will take your bags to and from your check in, so unless you don’t like a few flights of stairs ( good exercise ) it’s great value for money

The hotel is built on a hill, you have to go up the stairs a lot. Our building was not connected to the pool and was on the third floor with no elevator.

The resort is very well located - 10 minutes walk from the beach or a free shuttle service. The pool was ok, no problem finding a deck chair. Great variety for breakfast.

The breakfast was not value for money. You can walk 2-3 min and have same breakfast at a forth of the price. Also, the breakfast was missing bottles of water.

This is not a beach side resort but set back in the town. The 111 steps from the lobby to our room gave us our daily exercise. Most of the staff were friendly but those in reception were indifferent and sullen. Not much joy there! On 2 days we had to request housekeeping in late afternoon to clean up our room as this had not been done.

Our room had fantastic views across Kata Beach Bay and surrounding forests. The room was well laid out and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel facilities were good with mature, well kept gardens and pleasant pool area. Breakfast was a standard tourist style buffet.

No lifts at all and massive amount of stairs. I have arthritis and would not have booked the hotel as it does not specifically talk about accessing rooms. Mine was by about 45 steps plus . It needs to state more clearly that it’s not entirely suitable for some people.

The property is split into different buildings - ours was not connected to the pool area and on the third level with no elevator, luckily the security guards helped us take our bags to our room on the first night as we were so so tired. We had to continuously ask for toilet paper as we kept running out. The shower was blocked but after night 1 they came and cleaned it so it was fine

The location was great. We walked to both Kata beach and Kata noi beach. Plenty of shops, cafes and massage parlours all within 5 minute walk. The pool was GREAT. Heaps of space, we had no problem finding a deck chair. I didn’t use the gym but it looked great when i popped my head in to see. The aircon in the room worked great and our little balcony was so handy too.

There are quite a few steps as the rooms are on different levels- not sure how accessible it is for a wheelchair user or those with reduced mobility.

Very minor issues that really weren't a problem. The music poolside was a little loud. If we had asked it would have been turned down. Roads around Kata Beach are narrow and busy so one has to take care. Overall a brilliant 3 week stay and would be happy to return. Food in the restaurant was very good and priced in line with other local restaurants. The Hotel is built on the side of a hill so steps are inevitable. If you lack mobility this isn't the hotel for you. We would recommend upgrading to deluxe sea view as its worth it.

The hotel benefits from exceptional staff. Shout out to Kelly on reception who was truly amazing, Puen and housekeeping who did everything to make our stay memorable. The driver Alan was also so kind to us.

The room was clean and spacey. New fresh remodelling was made I suppose during covid. Bathroom is also very clean and looks like new. Awesome view to Kata beach. Even though it’s not first beach line, not too far to go down to the beach through small streets with cafe and surf schools.

Breakfast was terrible only downside to this establishment was the food . I wouldn't pay extra for breakfast although other options close by are limited .

The shower in room 644 was shocking and pointing at your face instead of your head. It was clearly missing an attachment. I made mention of it but simply got a smile but no solution. TV was pointless and didn’t work - no signal…. When we checked in the room wasn’t ready until 4.30pm - 2.5 hours after the 2pm check in time. There was no apology just a smile. I asked if we could keep one of our rooms until 3pm which was 3 hours longer than the 12pm check out as we were getting a late flight to London. The management wouldn’t oblige and instead wanted to charge us 600 Bhat . I thought that was cheeky but declined and didn’t make a fuss.

Very good value for money. I really loved the location and the communal pool area / cafe was excellent. The staff were generally very helpfulThe rooms were generally pretty good and we were really pleased that we got an adjoining room for our teenagers. The views were excellent oh and the breakfast was varied and decent standard for a Buffet.

The hotel is built on a hill, you have to go up the stairs a lot, we were perfectly ok with it but people with special needs (baby, wheelchair, .. ) should take that into account!! Did not see it highlighted in the description..

We stayed in a suite room, it was very pretty and super clean!!! Loved how warmly decorated the room was! Staff was also very nice and helpful! Because I mentioned we were on our honeymoon, they left a really nice decoration on the bed with flowers & towels in shape of swans, so cute!!
