I'd be very surprised if there was any negative comments about The Langham.

Absolutely everything. The staff were amazing (in all sections) could not do enough for you. The room & bathroom was beautiful & large, spotlessly clean, beds so comfortable. Loved how quiet it was. Buffet breakfast, delicious & huge variety. Pool, jacuzzi & steam room, incredible, used it every day & so relaxing on the very comfortable banana lounges. Was a perfect stay, will stay again.

I love the langham hotels. I’ve stayed in london, Melbourne and was keen to see how Sydney compared. It didn’t disappoint. A slight hiccup with check in but after that, the staff went above and beyond and exceeded the usual langham standard. A fantastic hotel in a lovely quiet location.

had to swap rooms as our aircon was not working. staff fixed this and we moved to a new room with an upgrade.

Dog friendly but you cannot leave your dog in your room unattended. This was not made clear , so prepare to pay for very expensive baby sitting!

staff at checkin counter on first day not very helpful and friendly. but the other staff and especially the bellhops were wonderful.

The television kept turning itself off. Despite a serviceman attending it continued to happen throughout my stay. Also there was no explanation of the lighting/master switch and I found myself in the dark at night except for the table lamp. It would be useful if there was a room directory that explained which switches performed which function.

This is of no fault of The Langham, but we booked a room with a harbour view and unfortunately we got more construction site then harbour view.

Rooms were sparkling clean and the beds were the ultimate comfort.

Nothing it was superb

I loved everything about this hotel. It is beautiful, smells wonderful, great location. The extra sized super king bed was THE MOST comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Room service food was excellent. The whole hotel is divine and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else again whilst in Sydney

We had trouble with the TV turning the sound off and freezing, we informed the staff and they were very attentive

Staff were amazing and even went above and beyond when we unexpectedly had to leave the hotel early due to a home emergency. The hotel is amazing inside, clean and sophisticated. We will be back very soon!

everything was more than expected. Exceptional service, and we were even treated with complimentary lobster and dessert for our reservations in the hotel restaurant when they found out we were staying for our wedding anniversary.

Our room was spotless but sadly rubbish was left at the pool. It was clear it had been there from the day before.. otherwise, very happy with our stay.

The hotel is elegant and smells devine with the signature Langham scent. The service is exceptional. The staff are friendly and happy to help. We were celebrating my husband’s Birthday and the staff set-up balloons and treats in the room which was so lovely!
