We booked the one bedroom suite and was perfect for one adult and 3 kids. Location was fantastic, very close to beach and shops.

There was a strange noise throughout the night every night like taps being turned on and off. Not always enough to wake you up but a bit annoying. Lack of storage and some major space wasted where could easily have put more storage such as under the sink, in the twin bed room and in the main room under the desk. Shower overflowed initially and had to get someone to come and look at it and the wifi wasn't secure and was very intermittent.

Room was a good size with plenty of space and well located with a view over the pool. It was a shame there was no ocean view but nice to have regular visits from the cockatoos! Mostly quiet and peaceful

I thought the price charged per night was in excess of what this property deserves to charge. My room felt old and tired - more like a self catering apartment than a 4 star hotel. It is good that the property has a restaurant on site, but I was surprised to see that there is no option for breakfast other than to head to one of the nearby cafes. That is not really an issue, but I had expected that a hotel like the Sebel would have had a breakfast option available.

Very minor, bathroom needs an exhaust fan, and the air con is cooling only, so it could be cold in the evenings.

Excellent location, we had a big room with separate twin bedroom, parking available.

The Hotel has 2 buildings, and the Sebel Building behind has rooms with a glimpse of the sea, between 2 buildings, not a "view" of it.

extremely comfortable bed, very nice room and bathroom, on the beach and provided towels to take down to beach for a swim. Good snorkelling in the Marine reserve area, near the hotel. Good restaurant/ cafe next door.

Excellent position at the southern tip of Manly Beach. Easy access to all that Manly has to offer. The room was large and comfortable, with a lovely balcony. And the staff were super friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Housekeeping seemed to be short staffed- I didn't have my bed made while I was there. A young man was around but not when I put out the sign on my door. Perhaps they need a system to notify when would be a convenient time for room service.

The location was really good- close to the beach,corso , transport and shops. The room was bigger than I expected and very comfortable. A microwave would havebeen a great inclusion, as I thought meals were fairly expensive. I thought that the bathroom (beautifully big) was poorly designed-when you wanted to wash your hands, one end of the large bench contained handwash, then back to the middle to access the tap and then to the other end where the hand towels were. The bed was extremely comfortable.

There's no breakfast. And it's not the nicest way when you walk to the annex behind the first hotel over a parking lot.

I like the staff! The room is very big and spacious. It's clean and nice. But a bit disappointed that we ended up in the annex that's behind the hotel. The pool is much nicer in the other building så we used that one.

The Sebel on the whole met our expectations well, directly opposite the beach, had a pool. We had asked for the rooms to be close together, but were communicated well that the rooms were in different blocks. However, these blocks are not right next to each other, it was a 2 min walk to get to the other block, which when your teenage children are in different blocks was too far. Our room wasn’t cleaned on 2 occasions which although was an oversight, was not good enough.

Parking is a problem in the area so make sure your car can fit under this property otherwise it's a long walk or you can't get a car park at all. As it's dual property they do have another carpark under Peppers they'll let you use.

Great location and spacious room with everything in walking distance, food, walks, beaches. Also a little pool at the back of this property lovely area and got sun during the day. Laundry room here too if you need it.
