It was the start of our honeymoon, so we had high expectations for the cost we paid. It was $300 a night, and there was lots wrong. 1. The shower, while a great idea, was just not functional. We had a big spa with a rainfall shower head that flooded the bathroom every time we showered. 2. The jets in the spa only worked on half the tub. 3. There was no microwave, so we ended up having to eat cold leftovers. 4. The electric blinds didn't work. 5. The AC did nothing. We wanted to warm our room, had it set at 30° and the room temperature didn't change. 6. The safe was functional and didn't work.

How close it was to the CBD. Everything was within walking distance.

THe decor was tired, that room could have been cleaner, the shower was terrible.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. The beds were comfortable, and access was contactless and made easy by good communications.

The pool was a large spa but no information as to switching on the spa at all. A sign or SOP would of helped.

First impression was very squashy in the hallways. Room was quite large, but it was advertised as an apartment but was a large room. Bed was very comfortable. Check in and out was easy.

unfortunately our shower didn’t work neither did the aircon so the room got really hot n we weren’t able to have a shower :((

really liked the bath and the robes n slippers they provided! lovely staff! we were also right next to the pool which was great!!

Safe didn’t work. Asked for a quiet room on booking but the room I was given was very noisy. Accepted that work was taking place next door but emptying of bottles from restaurant into bin did not help.

Friendly staff, great location, good rooftop pool. Beds comfortable and free laundry facilities.

the bed was very hard. we both had sore backs by the time we left.

the room was large with everything we needed. the pool was next to us and we used it regularly. loved the big soft chairs in the room.

No room service, no mini bar, bed a bit hard, balcony a bit worn looking and the bathroom was tight.

Good size room area, staff friendly enough, good restaurant below, nice feel and good spot/view.

Great location. Close to Rymill Park and the East End. Nice rooms and good staff. Staff were very helpful when I rang regarding parking arrangements. This was a return stay so really like this property.

A couple of the finishings had gotten old and started breaking like the hand towel holder and the towel hook on the bathroom door. We could not use any of the HD channels on the TV.

Rooms are massive but the bathrooms are tiny. Only half screens on the shower so the floor ends up flooded. Bathrooms aren't very clean. Pool area has not been maintained, definitely old photos on the website.

No info on wifi (or anything) provided with late check in. It was really poor communication. Same after booking - there were 6-7 in/outbound emails, texts, calls, etc
