Host so friendly waited for our late arrival. Every possible need catered to. Generous breakfast supplies left for us. Unit so beautifully appointed. Lovely outlook on to gardens and views of Launceston. Highly recommend.

Nothing - one small thing - I didn’t realise it was located in the garden of the owner’s property.

We were surprised and delighted at ever turn - EVERYTHING has been thought of for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The garden is a delight and the breakfast provisions were the best we’ve ever had

This would be the best homestay accommodation we have ever used - and we have stayed at plenty around the world. The property contained everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean and is excellently located. The hosts were superb and provided an amazing assortment of quality breakfast and other provisions - far more than we could possibly consume during our 4 day stay. I can not recommend Topiary Haven highly enough and would definitely book it again if we return to Launceston.

Huge detached apartment in lovely garden surroundings. Situated high on hill with views. Contained everything and more for a comfortable stay. I rarely give highest rating but this accommodation deserves it.

The layout, size, food provided (delicious and so much it wasn’t possible to eat what was provided)and great kitchen. Diana and Barry are great hosts. This was the best short stay property we have ever stayed at - I can’t recommend it highly enough.

The TV was in a weird spot, it was on a wall that was visible from the kitchen area which was good, but to watch from the couch wasnt great. No HD capability-? TV needs an update

Beautifully decorated and private. Had great provisions- bacon, eggs, breads, fruit, yoghurt, granola, juice, milk,coffee pods etc etc. it even had bottles of wine you could purchase if you wished. The bedding was lovely and bed comfortable. Only a slight issue that the bed had an end which made it short for my tall husband. Lovely little outside section and the property and topiary was incredible.

The cottage had everything that one could want. It was spacious and beautifully furnished. The garden with its topiary and flowering shrubs was wonderful to look out on. The kitchen had all the equipment that one could possibly want. The 'breakfast provisions' were incredibly generous. The location was also good, an easy drive into the city or a walk (albeit steep) to Cataract Gorge. This is a place to return to.

Absolutely fabulous luxurious place. Hosts have thought of everything. Beautiful views of the gardens from large sunny windows. Walking distance to Cataract Gorge. Hosts seriously catered for my my coeliac husband. Wish we could have stayed longer.Best place we have ever stayed at.11 out of 10 stars.

From the warm welcome from hosts, Diana and Barry, through the magnificent topiary gardens, to a beautifully decorated cottage, Topiary Haven was an absolute delight. The cottage came fully equipped with everything you would need for an extended stay. The pantry was well stocked, and the refrigerator packed with fresh produce, more than enough for our three-day stay. The cottage was so comfortable, we would have been happy to stay in and not go out. Highly recommended.

Quiet, peaceful and private but very convenient to city and Cataract Gorge with lovely views. Spotlessly clean and spacious. Large, amazing, more than fully equipped kitchen and the most generous food supplies I've ever experienced, not just for breakfast, but covered other meals with fresh fruit and salad, spices etc. Lovely welcome from hostess Diana and beautiful garden. Wished we could have stayed longer!
