I would have liked a clear window at the front then I could have seen what the weather was like and seen the sea.

The room was well decorated, clean, warm and comfortable. The wet room was great. The wifi was good. I was able to park right outside the door. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly

It was a little noisy from upstairs and there was quite a bit of noise outside. It all died down by 10 is so all good.

Great spot, just what I wanted. Traveled on my own for a couple of days down time. Perfect. This was recommended by a dog walking friend. Love breakfast and cafe attatched, food very good.

There was no towel rail or hooks in the shower room to hang your towels or clothes

The location was fabulous for a long weekend beach break with the dog. The room we had was very modern and fresh and clean.

The breakfast was lovely and the room was great The fact that the staff and locals were so accommodating to dogs was the most important aspect for us. The location was wonderful to take our dog and everywhere loved him being there I've never seen our dog so excited 😊

Some noise. No fridge.

It was a lovely room. Quite spacious, room 3, bed was great and I loved the new looking bathroom and shower. Very nicely presented amd modern. The down sides were that there was no fridge in the room which I always find handy and there was a bit of noise right outside from the road and staff going about their business. I slept well though and would return. Big pluses. The location and the breakfast was fabulous.

Nothing, everything was great. The only improvement would be to put some extra hooks in the room so you can hang up coats especially in wet/cold weather. And a mat outside the room to wipe yr feet on before you go in or to stand on while you take yr footwear off

Our only gripe is that there was no wardrobe or at least a coat stand so you could hang your clothes up. I know there was a chest of drawers but no good for things that need hanging up or wet coats. There was a coat hook behind bathroom door but needed somewhere to hang towels

The bed is very, very low.....not ideal for anyone with mobility or back issues. No complimentary pack for the dog. Most dog friendly establishments offer a bowl, treats, poo bags. Ongoing work onsite. Need a more substantial rug at door for muddy paws. Anyone not fond of dogs would hate the dining facility for breakfast, as it is dog paradise.... A real doggy day care feel.....which we loved but it's not for everyone.

Clean, comfortable room with ensuite. Great for the dog. Powerful shower. Hairdryer, good TV and hostess tray. Perfect location with fabulous beach/promenade, countryside walks. We were able to take our dog in for breakfast, which for us, was a big plus. All the staff were lovely, Jane especially.

This was a busy weekend in Birchington and the price was reflective of that. I booked after another family member and paid an additional £40, quite a big jump.

This is a great location, overlooking the sea. The rooms were quite small but clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of choice for breakfast which came up piping hot. Nice little spot.

A bit tricky navigating from the rear to the front of the property but obviously will be temporary as off season refurbishment underway and will look great when complete

Very friendly, welcoming team. Comfortable accommodation and good breakfast. A great place for dog fans, nearly everyone coming in from the cold had a canine companion.
