Bathroom a bit old and difficult as the shower was tucked behind the door. Very heavy and annoying door into the lobby- dangerous, should be made into and electric sliding entrance door. Location a little on the seedy side of town but still close to mall/ wharf etc.

Very expensive for motel standard facilities. Bathroom badly designed: cannot open shower door without first shutting bathroom door. Soap and shampoo dispensers to high and pump action nozzle to short for lock-on frame. Shower hot and cold water taps primitive and resulting mix insensitive w extreme temperatures.

Large comfortable room with motel standard bathroom. Great multi-channel TV . Attractive tropical swimming pool. Short walk to two major supermarkets, top bars w live music and decent restaurants. Crocosaurus Cove and all the banks within less than ten minutes walk. Darwin Waterfront, cenotaph, and state buildings within twenty minutes.

The outdoor area was a bit ordinary and could have done with a spruce up but at least it was a place to sit outside. It was a bit noisy being on a road but not too much traffic at night.

I liked that the resort was in a good location for transport on buses and also close to a supermarket. The townhouse was very good and would suit families as there was lots of room for everyone and the kitchen facilities were great to have.

Leaving the propperty on foot and shopping at Woolworths with people trying to take from you.

Reception staff were very obliging. Having room service everyday was lovely. The security was comforting.

The pool is great with a nice outdoor area to sit in and have drinks. The location is good - close to Woolies/nearby restaurants and cafes. The 24 hour service is helpful for late arriving flights.

Lots of ants in the bathroom. The first day, the outdoor room was broken. So it's really dark where no light.

The room is nice and have good facilities such as laundry and dryer. Provide at least basic soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion 👍

Pool bar was permanently closed, so there was no actual drinks and fun by the pool… breakfast pretty basic without good coffee… right next to woolies where all the junkies get into their flock

Expensive for what you get. Missing a towel but we just used our pool towel. Body wash in shower was hard to dispense as nearly empty. Housekeeping knocked when we still had 35 mins before check out. Didn't find Netflix even though paid premium. You definitely need a gardener to make the outside look amazing.

Convenient. Comfortable. Great place to just chill. Secure and easy parking. Reception workers were all very helpful. Definitely happy to stay again.

The breakfast service is in a room that looks tired and grubby. The presentation and range of food showed little thought and care. I only went to breakfast once it was so uninviting. However the venue caters for conferences - and their catering looked lovely 🤔

The location of the resort is excellent. Close to the CBD with ready access to bus and taxis. The room was lovely; spacious, natural light, quiet and a very comfortable bed

The breakfast buffet could be improved. The hot food was nice but the selection and quality of the cold offerings would be greatly improved with some Bircher muesli and high quality breads. The fruit on the second day was nice and fresh but stale and old on the first morning. Overall, just adequate. The coffee machine was surprisingly good.

This is a cosy and friendly hotel despite its large size. Staff are great. The whole offering is unpretentious but clean and comfortable.
