The phone didn't work. I had questions about checking out and would have like to have a book explaining that just to make things easier rather having to bother someone. It's on the older side, the style is from the 2000s but we were there to sleep and relax from the city. We stayed very little in the apartment.

We were greeted by the manager then taken to our apartment by the assistant manager. We got lost driving over but someone walked out to find us. Each individual bedroom had it's own way to lock from the inside which guaranteed privacy for each of us. Our bathrooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels. Free wifi throughout the property, a gym and the store was open until 9 PM (fresh eggs). Kitchen was well equipped and TV streaming for the family to watch a movie to wind down from the days activities. Highly recommend for friends/family who need some space from each other after being in small city spaces and noise. There is hiking nearby and farms. Everything was just a few hours drive. We're looking forward to staying again next year.

The shop might need some more basics/sweet treats , coffee machine can be temperamental other than that we enjoyed everything

Gorgeous place. Heaven on earth. I could live there for the rest of my life. The beauty of the lake and forest was beyond my expectation...it takes your breath away. Lots to see not very far from the property but to see it all you need a car and at least one week holidays. Friendly staff. Thank you Jeremiah and Edward and your team ❤️

There was a mistake with our booking and we weren’t expected. This was rectified but we sat waiting to hear something for 40 minutes before we asked again and were told to go and get some dinner. We did get an apologetic phonecall from the manager and when we got back our apartment was ready but if we hadn’t asked what was going on after 40mins, I don’t know how long we’d have been sitting there with two hungry children. The balcony corridor outside the apartment was absolutely full of spiders, which we kept finding in the apartment. A sweep outside might have helped. The glass barrier outside the sitting room window was really dirty, so you couldn’t see the fantastic view unless you were standing up.

The location was fantastic and the apartments very clean and comfortable. Our towels were replaced daily. Showers were hot and lovely. Such a lovely, peaceful place to stay and although a small distance from town, well worth the drive in and out. We looked forward to coming back every evening and to looking out the windows every morning.

The view of the lake is just breathtaking. The quiteness just was brilliant.

We loved the shuttle bus into town. It stopped outside the Glasshouse Hotel and left from the same stop going back in the evening. Staff were excellent and friendly.

Only if the accommodation is available apart from the holiday season for the students, from May to August, when it is actually open to the public.

One of the best lakeside location stay, I've experienced in my lifetime. Prefect weather, and scenic view. Town is accessible in 10 min drive. The accommodation was very nice as well, with all the facilities accessible. The small confectionary items could be bought next to the reception area. You don't need to head to the town for that.

The outside of the buildings are very off putting. The red staining on the buildings let it down alot.

The location is great as it is outside sligo on the coast of lough gill. Really access to a car or bus is needed to go to other destinations as it is off the beaten track. The outside of the buildings are very grimey and unfortunate looking but inside is great. There are lifts to each floor. And the apartments have everything you would need; fridge, freezer, hob, all kitchen ware, pots, pans, dishwasher, hairdryers, toiletries, they take away your dirty towels and give you more toilet roll and bin bags. It is an ideal place to come as a family group. There are lots of activities in sligo and surrounding areas for everyone.

Mattresses were a little thin and a bed was very creaky, which wakened my wife as she turned over.

Great location, great views, great privacy. Apartment was spacious and well equipped. Very quiet. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
