Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaLaundry machines are old and clangy, driving is hard because you have to go on the other side of th# driveway to press the card against the buzzer, and it's not well located in terms of having to steer once it's opened to get in. Basically just an awkward and clunky design

AustraliaPlease do not put me in a position where i am arguing with staff regarding parking fees. I will not stay at accommodation that charges for such greedy fees. This was not expected as i have stayed at this accommodation several times previously. They wisely did not in the end appear to have charged me for parking.
We did not have breakfast which in the past has been excellent. The problem is they close breakfast at 9am, too early for me 10am would be great.

AustraliaBreakfast was great. Continental breakfast plus hot buffet. Comfy Beds, friendly staff, the pool area amazing. Woolworth is across the road and infamous Smith Street Mall and Mitchell Street the next block over. Highly recommend the Hop on Hop bus located at the end Smth Street Mall. Visit John Johns Ice cream located on Knuckey Street. Travelodge is in a prime location in Darwin CBD. Would definitely stay here again.

AustraliaI have stayed many times and had very few unhappy moments. Sadly the king bed was not nice, one side I could feel the wire in my back. I slept on the other side that night. the next night I could feel the wire through the bed on both sides, I had a poor sleep that night. I told the staff on check out that room 363 needed the bed turned or replaced? I hope they fix it?? My only grumble with my stay.
All was enjoyable as it has been in the past when i have stayed,,, but the bed I had this time in room 363!
