Easy to air port but $95 per night is pretty expensive for something so unclean worth $50 a night very dated but could be cleaned 100% better coffee cups and glasses filthy also

Accommodation average, no A/C and coming in to the room after a 35° day, the room was extremely hot and no way to cool down, 2 nights with very little sleep. Was also very noisy.

our room was located near the rear or the hotel and all night we had young ones out on top of the tin roof using it as a smoking/drinking area instead of the designated balcony out the front.. this was quite frustrating as every time the door was opened we were awoken to the noise of them on the tin

The room was double booked so I didn't even end up staying here. The room I was put in was for children as it had a double bed. The staff were rude and grumpy not friendly at all. It was so cramped and dirty I don't think even a pig would like to stay here. Absolutely disgusting place. Would NOT recommend

It was dirty, and felt sketchy. cleanliness was a big thing, the bathroom was connected to a hallway which did not feel safe! the window had to be open to let air in, it was way too hot! and there was nothing available to accommodate the weather (it wasn’t even a hot day, it was like 24 degrees) we are from Melbourne and we’re throughly disappointed with the apartment. as you can see there is copious amounts of dust, which set off my asthma

The amenities were dirty, there was no aircon that worked. only a cheap fan, the fan was broken so we couldn’t even use that!! the kettle was literally yellow and smelt bad too!

Bed was abit uncomfortable but ok for the price. Toilet was abit smelly and hot water was hard to adjust and not constant (sometimes very hot/sometimes cold).. Overall acceptable though.

The facilities were really bad, it was old and in bad conditions. Beds were really bad, it looked not clean properly and for sure it was not disinfected. The entire place smells disgusting and I highly recommend to pay a bit more for something much better. I just spent one night but we went to bed as late as possible and we left it before 8:30am. Staff was nice and respectful. It has a great location and it is a shame to have this place with such a bad conditions, it need a lot of love and renovations. I am not a demanding person, I was not expecting luxury but it was not worthy at all maybe of you are single or in a really need consider this hotel as an option, but not with kids and I hope that my review helps you to make an informed decision.

The staff were super helpful and friendly, food was amazing at the pub, accommodation was nice, small but good for a night or so stay with good facilities. Close to everything you need and really close to the gorge, river cruises and gardens. Perfect spot in the middle of Launceston.

Bathroom what a joke! Shower door lock broken, had to lock main door to bathroom which meant no one could use toilet. Shower rose height for 4 foot person, poor water pressure and kept going cold. Toilet roll holder broken. Large glass pane in family room removed hadn't been replaced. Family room stains over furniture. Stains on doona in room 9, dried coffee rings on bedside table. Lots more, to many to record.
