The staff were extremely accomadating, and just made the stay so positive, we were able to check in a few hours earlier. Also we had a lot of bird droppings on our car and when asked if we can burrow a hose the grounds keeper gave the whole car a quick wash.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was beautiful, a lovely 3 day break with close access to the zoo and national Park walk. Beds comfortable, outside pool and views were picturesque.

From the moment we pulled up to reception we had a lovely experience. Reception is filled with movies and games and some local suppliers wares. The Lodge had a lovely vibe as we walked in had a lovely lamp and some relaxation music playing. The kitchenette was clean and had everything except a bottle opener. All the beds were lovely and soft. Bathroom was clean and full of enough supplies for all of us. We had a swim and sauna and the pool was a lovely temperature for us to be in it while it was raining. We had a fire on both nights of our stay and having a starter kit and firewood available was great.

The location and privacy were perfect for our stay. Even better for most of the week we were there we literally had the place to ourselves. The cabins are scattered around the property to ensure privacy. We loved the restaurant - the ambience and menu are excellent.

Sad that the spa was decommissioned. Only found out when we wanted to use it

Such a tranquil place to stay. Lovely surrounds.Enjoyed waking up to the sounds of birdsong & the running creek down below. It was a major bonus, that there was an on-site restaurant which was walking distance, as was the entrance to Kondalilla Falls, Highly recommend this for a special weekend getaway .

The accomodation was great. Enjoyed my walks every morning. Downside noisy neighbors and we could hear everything, late early morning vomiting and taking very loud. Kids out very late but I guess it was the holidays 😏

There was nothing we didn’t love about this property. The staff are so friendly & welcoming. Lisa was fantastic! It’s set in the most tranquil part of the rainforest. So quiet & peaceful. The cabin was huge and beautiful. Super comfy bedding, a beautiful big bath & bathroom. Not far to drive to anywhere on sunny coast. Great for families & couples.

Lovely and very comfortable accommodation. Very relaxing stay. Could not fault it. We could also walk from accommodation to the start of the Kondalilla walking trail. Short drive to Montville for anything we needed. There is very limited phone reception and wifi but we knew this before booking and it was great to switch off from technology

The spa didn't work.

The bed was perfect in all aspects. The bed was perfect softness, the pillow was exactly the right height and the doona was the perfect temperature. The kitchen was functional and the view was beautiful.

Location was fantastic, about 5 mins drive to Montville town. It is very serene. Facilities are clean, comfortable. I love the added touch of firepit as it gets cold at night. Please do yourself a favour and eat at the restaurant! Yummy food!

Perhaps some bedside lamps would be nice , but the treehouses had everything else

The resort was so close to great bushwalks and the villages , there were other people there but you couldn't hear them it was so quiet and the staff were very friendly .....also the wildlife . Perfect for a chill out .
