The property was perfect itself. I think it was cedar wood smell when we entered. it was lovely. But the pillows have a smell. it was not the pillow case that was not clean. it was the pillow itself. We had to use the frying pan to cook dinner, but the pan has a smell of hamburger even we have use boiling water to clean it. It still has the smell. It wasn’t clean properly previously. we mite bit a bit sensitive because we are vegetarians. Overall, it’s a lovely experience.

I like the sound of nature. It was rejuvenating and relaxing.

It is a serene sanctuary. Very clean, comfortable. Would have been nice if the breakfast was included~personally I don’t want to think about cooking, doing the dishes while we are having holidays..

We weren't aware of how far from most things the cabins were. We liked the privacy but were a bit ill prepared. Once we realised though we planned our trips out more carefully.

Cabin 22 was perfect. Well away from other guests and surrounded by the forest which we loved.

No wifi in cabins only at reception or restaurant. This day and age really needs to be implemented to search things to do, run Netflix on tv etc..

Parking spot for chalet 11 is all apparently notorious for roosting birds, but this was not relayed to us and our car was was showered by what looked like 60 birds. Suggest u park elsewhere if staying in chalet.

Would have preferred to have our family of five in one log cabin with an extra pullout / inflatable bed as there was plenty of room. A footbridge is needed over the causeway.

The only thing I didn’t like about the cabin was that my three-year-old daughter absolutely hated the beautiful day spa smell and therefore took herself outside. The problem was that she could easily open the locked sliding glass door as it was toddler height and there was no means of keeping her locked in. So I slept very lightly because I was so concerned she was going to get up early and let herself out Onto the driveway as she did several times during the day.

The property was super clean and the beds were very comfortable and the linen was crisp and clean. I would definitely stay there again. I loved the restaurant on site it was actually much better than I expected the staff were brilliant and the quality of the food was excellent to. Also it was great having the entrance to the National Park walks right there.

Restaurant limited opening times. The 3pm check in time is inconvenient.

Lovely, quite & peaceful location. The treehouse is dated but very comfortable, clean & private. Parking space outside entry way. Proximity to Kondalilla National park walk. Friendly staff

Studio was generous in size, wonderfully clean. Loved the welcome of Muscovy playing and lovely smells.
