Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Thought they renovated as the facilities looked new. They had smart door, strong heater, shower, hot water basins, all cutleries and Kitchenware from Ikea, some furniture too! Motor Inn which is so convenient if you drive.

SingaporeWifi wasn't that great, Youtube videos were loading pretty slowly. One time I found a millipede crawling in the room, which isn't too big of a deal to me. The pillows were thin and not very comfortable, i had to stack two of them on top of each other to get that elevation i needed for sleep.
The staff were friendly and accomodating in their service, and the check-in and out process was very simple and easy. The room we were given was spacious and had a homely feel to it. It was very nice to have our own reserved parking space for our car. It was also very easy to locate the inn as they have a large sign on the outside by the road. The electric blanket was AMAZING to have in the winter weather.

The room was spacious and modern and the location was excellent. Out of the hustle and bustle of the main drag and yet close to everything. The bed was very comfortable and had lovely electric blankets which was needed as it was very cold outside!
