The bed was not very comfortable, and I needed additional blankets. There was no hot water on the first morning, however this was rectified for the remainder of my stay.

No mop for spills. Other tenants must have been on a late shift and woke me most nights. Stairwell lights were not all working which was dangerous in the dark. Unprepared for bond which was not returned promptly on leaving. Asked to pay for campus parking which I was unprepared for. A permit should be issued for short term tenants. Not an issue at other campuses.

Given the wrong directions on the booking.com confirmation email. Directed to the main campus where no one knew where "the village" was. 1.5 km from the train station (took 2 hours to find) Even though they have a campus bus going around all the time, only students are allowed to use it. At the time that meant no one used it. So much for hospitality. Don't expect the TV to work. They obviously don't teach hospitality on the UWS campus. Nice people though.

Quite comfortable residences with each student "apartment" containing five (I think) bedrooms, two bathrooms and a common lounge and kitchen area. And a balcony. In a park land environment.

The Booking.com website states the accommodation is 10 mins walk from train station. It is more than 10 mins, it is at least 20-25 mins walking distance from MacArthur train station to the accommodation and the address provided is not correct. All the cooking pots are with non-stick coating and they are very scratched up. Not sure whether it is safe to cook food in those pots. None of the pots has lids.

Pricing and location to our bowling tournament was great. Staff were very lovely and helpful. Fridge and kitchen available for us to meal prep. Showers were good and the fact there were 2 bathrooms for 4 of us was brilliant

the water from the shower was cold!! on a very coldest day I showered very cold water! unbelievable! the beddings are not enough or thick for Winter time the bed and pillow were uncomfortable I drunk tea, caffeine drink, there was no other beverage. I don’t drink tea before going to bed, therefore didn’t sleep properly

The bedding was inadequate. There was only a thin hospital blanket and a sheet for each bed and no spare pillows or extra blankets for warmth. Access was tricky with luggage. Other visitors / residents were really loud late and night and in the early morning. Had to ask people to stop yelling around 2am one night, but that is not the fault of the accommodation providers.

Good amount of space. Reasonably priced. Peaceful surroundings.
