Room was a bit small.

The host was nice and the location was very close to Trevi Fountain and other attractions. We were able to walk everywhere since the weather was good.

We didnt like that at first we couldnt find a way to get in. And a couple that lived there two told us to call the hostess for her to come and give us the keys. I think they should warn us for that, or let us know where to find her. Second we didnt like that tha room was dark. There was a little window and it was a bit broken (it made it difficult for you to open it). And last but not least we had a water problem for both temperature and pressure. The water temperature was quickly restored. The pressure tho kept going till our last day. I won't get to any detailes but we didn't like that .

We loved the spot of the apartment. It was just near the fontana Di trevi and also close to every place you must see in rome. It was a cute room and the hostess left for us two esspesso capsules.

A table with comfortable chairs would enhance the experience. No elevator; must carry your bags up and down stairs. Adjacent guests talking can be heard.

Staff allowed us to store our baggage in a secure location prior to check in. Owner has an excellent restaurant very close with great food and friendly staff. Location is a very short walk to the Trevi Fountain and it's an easy, safe walk to the Pantheon, Spanish Stairs and Colosseum, as well as lots of shopping and restaurants. We had no issues with pick pockets, but be aware. Bathroom has been updated. Great pressure in the shower. Bidet available. Reena is a SUPER HOST!

Communication was a little iffy as far as getting into the room and checking in. I could’ve asked prior but forgot to, but once I sent a question via email I received a response that somebody was on their way to let us in. Was also unsure where to leave the keys at checkout due to communication

For the price, location was very central to everything. The Trevi Fountain was literarily around the corner as well as many shops and restaurants.

The room doesn't have much daylight and the WiFi doesn't work in the room (presumably due to the old thick walls - common issue in many buildings in Rome)

Perfect location within a few steps of Trevi Fountain and many of the major sites, as well as near a metro station. Amazingly, the apartment was still quiet and the bed was extremely comfortable! Shower was great and generally a nice spacious room. Our host was lovely and responded very quickly and kindly to our requests. Would definitely stay here again :)

The only bad thing was the pressure in the shower, but the host explained to us that it's due to hotel's location.

We were taken care of very well. The hosts allowed us to check in much earlier and check out much later than usually. The best thing about this place is it's location, close as it can be. The beds are very comfy.

It didn't at all look like the photos of the property we saw when we booked. We booked two rooms because we traveled with another couple, and the room they had was crammed with beds, with not much walkable space. They also said they could never get the water warm in the shower. In our room, the shower temperature was fine and the facilities were all working and acceptable, but the room was pretty dark and small. The "breakfast" was only one pastry for two people, so that was a bummer. I also informed the owner that we would be arriving early, but I still had to turn on my cell phone and call her when we arrived because there was no one there to meet us. We had to wait awhile for someone to show up and let us in--and we were only an hour before check-in. It just didn't feel very welcoming or helpful, especially compared to several other hotels and apartments we experienced in both Rome and Florence.

This property really couldn't have been any closer to Trevi fountain. It was very convenient to some cafes and shops, which was a bonus. We liked being able to open our window and enjoy the quiet evening sounds and the cool breeze.

Everything was perfect. The room is at the center of Rome right next to Fontana Di Trevi. It is large, and clean and it provided all the amenities we needed. The staff is the best, impeccable, polite and helpful. We would definitely stay here again. We recommend it 100%.

The address was difficult to find, and we had to contact the property staff to check us into the room but that wasn’t clear in the checkin instructions.

Unfortunately the heating was not working and it was incredibly cold. Too cold to fall asleep. Even though I told about it to the manager, the problem did not fix, thez did not even let us know if that was fixed or not. Without further notice or explanation unfortunately. That was very disappointing.

The location is GREAT, cannot get better than this.
