Extremely dated, must be a moisture problem hence the humidifier in the bathroom. Complimentary tea and coffee consisted of two tea bags/coffee bags, really felt like they went all out on this one. Lack of clear documentation for check out timing ending in a cranky phone call from the management staff. Set desired check in/out times on booking.com but these were ignored by property manager. Refund of authorisation on credit card took over a week, different rules for them being timely, obviously.

There was hand prints on mirror (only showed when having a shower, the extra bedding had rips from an iron it looks, no air-conditioning was bit warm at times, key garage was broken so couldn't lock it. The shower hot water didn't come through for a bit and was noisy, our alarm went off randomly.

Location brilliant...but this is a private apartment in a smallish older complex, not a hotel. It definitely needed a more thorough clean. Outdoor seats unravelling, stains on lounges, very old and outdated bathroom. Disappointing.

Travelling to heavily trafficked and difficult to find office (not a local resident and reliant on GPS). Parking difficult at Sea Life carpark.

Property smelt musty and had to be aired out upon entry Mould in the bathroom sink In adition to the normal exit requirements there is the expectation to take rubbish to outside bins and empty dishwasher, put away dishes etc as per a note on the fridge security deposit which can take up to 10 days to be refunded. Check in and chack ouy is not on site.

When I attended at the reception they had my full credit card details on a piece of paper behind reception which didn't seem very secure.They then used the details on the piece of paper to take a booking deposit rather than asking me for a card. I didn't have a car during my stay and didn't realise the key return would be a 2.4kilometer walk from the unit, so I had to walk 5km return to deliver the keys to reception as my 12 year old was not willing to walk that distance, prior to our airport pick up at 5am. Very disappointed that they were unable to accommodate us leaving the keys in the property and the cleaner could have collected them (despite my multiple requests and discussion with staff regarding our circumstances). Every single person I have told has been shocked by the lack of service. Would not recommend.

The apartment is in need of an update. The apartment is old, there is no heating or cooling, the bathroom ceiling was mouldy, the apartment smelt musty when closed up and is in serious need of a deep clean. The bathroom has no exhaust fan which is needed to stop the mould issue in the bathroom.

The location was nice, within walking distance to restaurants and the beach.

the only problem I had was the awful bin in the kitchen which I moved to the balcony and 2 kitchen chairs collapsed when sat on but I reported them to the office and it didn’t bother us as there were only 2 of us.

It was dirty- shower base especially and worn. Crochery not clean from the cupboard. Generally not clean. No heater and it was 5 C overnight. When I asked for a small heater I was told, Maybe you can buy one. Not good at all
