Ferry transport ended at 4.00pm. Continental breakfast a little sparse!

Amazing location - accommodation lovely- waterfront rooms a little noisy when restaurant in action but it calmed down by 10.00pm

We had a family room with two beds upstairs and next to this upper floor, outside on the roof, was some type of hotel climatization that run during the whole night, unfortunately making a noise in otherwse tranquille environment.

The hotel is perfectly located, close to the ocean as well as to beaches, but in an area that is not crowded and where it's quiet at night. The public transport ferry is just in front of the hotel, so you can easily reach the Sydney downtown. Also, the hotel provides beach towels and bikes and a nice beach where you can swimm even when the ocean gets rough is nearby. The beds are fine and the bathroom is excellent, also the view from a balcony to the park next to the hotel is nice. The staff at the reception was very helpful and I am grateful to the hotel that they held my shirt and jacket that I forgot in the hotel room until I was able to come back to Sydney to pick them up.

There was a wedding on the night of our first stay that played music until 11:45pm which was right below our room. If we had known that, we probably would have stayed elsewhere. It would also be a nice option to include toast in the breaky. We also had a very unpleasant welcome and further interactions with one of the front desk ladies, who was far from warm or nice to deal with. I think for what you get & what you pay for each night, it’s not 100% worth the money.

The property is in an amazing location with the ferry right out the front. In addition, there is free parking for guests which is great.

Facility shut down fairly early on Friday and Saturday nights - no where to get a drink with friends after 9:30/10

No facility for having a shower after vacating the room after being on the beach and not leaving until later in the day

We loved the art-deco vibe of the building and the furnishing . We felt it was a little over priced but that is Sydney for you . Overall the staff meet all our expectations and would recommend for a special occasion.

The hotel is in a great location and a short walk to ferry and beach. Chelsea is amazing and makes sure you feel very comfortable throughout your stay. Highly recommend.

The gluten free pizza downstairs wasn’t great, but the staff quickly exchanged it for a different dish!

On Frid to Sun the Beach Club downstairs has a DJ which plays music all afternoon & into the evening. The noise carries up to the front of the building into the rooms.

Location was exceptional, right on the beach beside the ferry.

Not much at all! Maybe bath needs a non slip mat and a grab rail, extremely slippery!

Great room, comfortable bed, Nespresso coffee machine and cookies. Decor great, bathroom spacious. Separate toilet. Shower and bath.

You just can’t beat the location of this property. Quality food and drinks menu. Friendly staff and rooms well appointed, clean and comfy! Coffee machine in room a plus. The bathroom was a surprise!

The rooms were lovely, beachy for the location and within perfect distance to beaches and cafes. It was my goddaughters birthday and they setup a little card and popcorn for her for when we checked in which made her feel really special so that was a nice touch.
