The only thing that I have to say something is internet speed it was way too slow. If the property can improve it it would be great.

Lovely accommodation away from the busy centre. Very spacious and comfortable cottages with everything you need provided. We loved the pool and bbq area, it’s shaded and well maintained and great for spending a lazy afternoon. If ever in the area, will definitely stay again.

We really should have stayed longer...

The location was fabulous- leafy, quiet and close to town. The gardens were a haven for bird life, which was beautiful. The cabin itself was beautiful, and so well presented- and the complimentary breakfast hamper was a lovely surprise. My daughter absolutely adored the pool, and made good use of it!

We stayed 4 night , 4 people, and given only 2 tiny soaps and one barely there facial tissues (box almost empty). Also not given extra rubbish bags. After 2 days we needed a new rubbish bag and couldnt find one. No paper towel either.

Clean , super comfortable everything , TV netflix, super comfortable beds, washing machine and dryer.

A very well maintained, spacious and clean cottage. Perfect for a family. Appliances were in superb condition and cleaning products were supplied. The location is also great not far from the town centre. Would definitely recommend 👍

terrible water pressure in shower made having a shower very unpleasant and difficult to wash shampoo out of your hair very disappointed only one spare toilet roll for 4 people had to ask for extra toilet paper

The cottage is self contained so a little coffee, milk, bread etc on arrival but you need to do a shop or take food with you, this was not an issue. There was a washing machine and dryer and the cottage was exceptionally appointed and maintained. WIFI was an issue but being in a minor black spot we hotspotted the phones and all was well. There are 6 cottages in total and all are set apart with their own car port/garage.

Beautiful spacious place to stay. A little out of town which means it is nice and quiet. Big lounge room with a nice fire and a very laid back and relaxing vibe.

Cottage fixtures and decor starting to look a tad dated in places.

Charming and spacious cottage with the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. Easy drive down to the Esplanade which was handy. Enjoyed the quietness and tranquil surrounds.

The Property is located on the outskirts of the town with no ability to explore the nearby area due to lack of walking paths. Our cottage was looking out to the road, which means it was rather noisy due to the cars and trucks passing by. Generally, the property is very dated, the fridge makes a bubbling noise, the kitchen doesn't have the oven, and there is a distinctive mouldy smell.

The property is located on the outskirts of the town, there are no walking paths. Have to drive everywhere, can't go for a walk.

Hot tub spa was closed due to COVID, should have been updated as unavailable on website. Decor is quite dated, & dark interior which may not matter in summer. As we couldnt use spa (& pool due to bad weather) did not feel like value for money.

Very clean spacious cottages good for groups or families w car parking on site. You definitely need a car here, as its not walking distance to groceries or town. Fireplace was terrific due to cold weather during stay. Playground for kids.

The kitchen was ok with just a basic setup The cleaning products watered down and sponges seamed very small. We had to buy our own Unfortunately the location is near a transfer station is over the road so the noise from trucks started pretty early in the morning

The wood fired heating was great and the bed was very comfortable
