Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustraliaThe carpark was being resealed so it was noisy during the day and i had to park in the street during the day but it was good to see the hotel being improved.
It was very convenient for my work (in Molong and Orange in the evenings) and very quiet in the night. Staff were efficient and friendly.

AustraliaThe occasional noisy four wheel or truck noise at night was a minor hindrance but greatest aggravation was the incoming traffic noise for Orange from 5.00 a.m. in the morning especially from four wheel drive utilities, vehicles or SUVs. Cars made no noticeable noise. The down light at the bed near the window was providing very little illumination but this was hardly a concern. I advised the reception that this was not functioning in the morning. I would recommend a reading light or better illumination near the lounge chair for reading purposes.
The room complex presented itself admirably. All sectors were spotless and the colours chosen for the rooms was pleasing. An interesting modern artwork was hung in the main area. The main room provided plenty of space and I appreciated the cabinet with a benchtop for placing travel bags. I especially cherished the lounge chair. The bed was very well presented, with 5 pillows and was comfortable and warm. The kitchenette was easy to access and use. The bathroom was ample in all departments featuring good colour choices and tiling patterns. The hot water for the shower did not disappoint. The choice of clean white towels neatly presented added to the professional service for the stay. The room heating was more than sufficient.

The room was large for a motel room. I loved the fact that the sink and the jug matched in size, so that you could actually fill the jug easily. Nice shower (better than our mediocre one at home). Friendly and helpful receptionist. The room was set up well, which made it really convenient for our one night stay.
