A compendium would have been helpful for the TV remotes. We had no clue how to do anything other than watch commercial TV. Some long life milk and salt and pepper would have been great too.

Would have liked to have a throw or blanket for TV watching in the family room. Would have really liked to have a "Welcome Book" to explain some of the lights/TV/etc in the room and amenities and options in the surrounding area. Like which pools were we allowed to use? Where was the washer/dryer? What is going on with the beach? The tide is so far out there is no water close by to swim in???!! etc

Absolutely LOVED the view. Super gorgeous view from the huge balcony, that's why I rented this place and it was wonderful. Spacious apartment with all you need but not cozy or super welcoming.

The shower was difficult to get hot water.

The location was amazing! The apartment size was perfect for our family of four. The apartment was clean and had a great little kitchen. Plenty of linen and towels were provided.

The sofa bed was broken , a bar fell off as we tried to open it and their was loads of rubbish under it including sweets and cheese biscuits , with all the ants and cockroaches etc it could attract them , also toilet really stained and walls very scuffed which for the cost was disappointing

The little 'niceties" were very rudimentary and poor quality eg only one very small bottle each of the toiletries, cheap coffee, 3 tea bags, no milk powdered or otherwise. The balcony and the oven were not very clean. It was all a little below par for the money paid.

The location was great and the unit was roomy.The newly renovated bathroom worked well. The response we received from Hamilton Island Holiday Apartments when we had problems with the aircon was excellent.

The only thing that would have been nice as an ad was a dishwasher in the room other than that we could not fault what was provided. Quality bed and furniture - amazing shower !!! TV was big and the couch was very comfy

We used the facilities in our room to cook breakfast. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed. We brought our supplies from the IGA on the island which covered us for our stay. We ate our breakfast on the magical balcony

Cleanliness was pathetic, dirty floors on arrival, hair and dirt in the broom closet, I complained about the bathroom mould in which the cleaner had another crack at and was just passable, 2 beach towels for 5 days is a joke

Very noisy, there are no black out blinds so 6am is get up time every day. Think it needs a deep clean, the chairs were covered in food and hair and I stood on a toe nail which wasn’t great.

I'm not sure if it's normal or not, but the apartment didn't have salt and oil, which I think are basic essentials and should have been provided. However, we bought them anyway and left them there for the next guest to use. However, it did not change anything about how we felt about the place. It was really amazing.

I was blown away by the location! The property is located in such a breathtaking spot, providing an absolutely stunning view of the ocean. We were located on level 13. Furthermore, the kitchen facilities were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities and appliances, making it easy to prepare meals and snacks. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that left me feeling rejuvenated and in awe of the beauty of nature.

The apartment wasent serviced. We were told we had to call to have the unit serviced. If you can advise guests of this in the welcome email.

Close to everything. Easy shuttle service. Plenty of space. Facilities were great. Everything you needed for a relaxing stay .
