It didn’t include breakfast and we called booking .com 5 times regarding this . We looked on another booking site which included breakfast which was quite disappointing.

The room was not adequately soundproofed. We could hear clearly every word our next door neighbor was saying and when they went on to their balcony it sounded like they were in our room. It was a little far to walk into main township.

The room was a good size. The outlook was good. There was adequate provision for tea /coffee. Had everything you could want. Located directly opposite a beautiful beach although we did not have a view.

The pillows were very uncomfortable. We had trouble getting a good sleep with the pillows. They’re very flat and firm. We also found even though we were there for 3 nights housekeeping would come every morning and if you didn’t answer the door they would let themselves in. That’s ok if that’s what you want but we found it a bit intrusive when we didn’t need or want to be bothered. I think the doors need little hangers on them so you can let housekeeping know if you want your room cleaned or if you don’t want to be disturbed.

The size of our room was huge and great facilities. The bathroom was a lovely decor and fantastic shower and clean. The bed was large and very comfortable and the view from our room was simply breathtaking. Access to town is quite a walk but is across the road from the beach which was perfect. We didn’t use the pools but they looked great. Staff were friendly and helpful

Room small & basic for what you paid for - no microwave, toaster, crockery, cutlery. Only tea/coffee making facilities & a few glasses. No couch, coffee table & only 1 chair & small bench to put everything on. Parking facilities not user friendly & limited so unless you can walk distance to takeaway, shops etc you will need to drive & risk having no where to park when you return.

Location across from beach - prime reason for booking.

A microwave in the kitchen would have been helpful and upgraded tv’s so we could easily stream Netflix etc. A restaurant on site that offered more than pizza and toasties.

Room wasn’t ready for arrival and directions to find the room - 10mins later - was poor to the effect that I had to go back and forth to reception to assist in finding a car park and access to the lift to where our room was. After the poor check in arrival experience, from there on in, was a great stay.

The indoor pool is very deep, not suitable for little children, you can see rust and the roof is peeling. There was one worker there that kept pushing us to sign up for their Wyndham resort rewards program. Outside pool - people and young kids kept on jumping and disrupting other hotel guest regardless if it says no jumping.

The room met our exceptions - no complaints. When we asked for extra towels, the staff was accomondating. We liked that there was an a restaurant/bar next to the pool. It was across the road from the beach. 10 min walk to the shops.

Called to ask about vegan options in cafe and told yes. When we went there there were not. Room was not that clean and no soap in ensuite shower . ( was in the bathroom so not worth complaining but annoying)

A separate lounge bar would’ve been nice. The towels were a bit rough in texture probably needing replaced.
