Check in was smooth and easy Our room ( 2 bedroom ) was located in a corner of the resort with a view to the backwaters of the beach . Nice and quiet and private. Most cutlery was provided. There was no extra interaction with any staff even in terms of making up the room or extra towels during our 3 night stay but that did not bother me and I knew I could always ask for extra towels through reception. We booked in for dinner on the last night and I found that wanting. It could have been a lot better. The staff who waited on us was polite and friendly.

It was further from Dunsborough than expected but this was ok as we had a car. The beach behind the property was not that great for swimming but there is a pool that would be suitable for families. The apartment was a little dated for the price.

Very nice grounds with well kept gardens and a nice outlook from the balcony. Comfortable beds and self contained. Suitable for a family.

The hot water was dangerously hot. This really wants urgent attention before someone gets burnt.

Dinner was very good but very disappointedt that they had stopped serving breakfasts, maybe shortage of staff. The breakfasts used to be exceptional.

The noise from the traffic on Caves Road is pretty annoying. If the doors could be better insulated, it could help.

Would have loved to see the restaurant open every evening. Our room was close to the road and traffic was noisy at times.

During our three day stay , we had three phone calls asking if we’d like to attend a presentation about Club Wyndham. On two of theses calls, we explained we were looking after our one year old grandchild . On the Sunday morning, at 7.45am, waking us all, we had yet another call asking if we were attending . Not impressed by this constant barrage of callas and the fact we were woken on a Sunday morning.

We were on the top floor so we had stairs to get to the room alittle hard with suitcases. It's an older resort need to drive to get to the town.

The pool & pool area was small and in need of maintenance. No breakfast available. Restaurant did not open until 4.00pm. Had to go into town to eat. No complimentary water for the room. Restaurant menu was very limited, but food was nice. Happy hour prices was not that much cheaper than the original prices At check-in once we got our keys we were passed over to another staff who started telling us about a seminar they are running & if we book to attend, we would be given a $100 voucher to use at participating places. We booked at Wyndham resort to relax, not be asked and then try to lure us with a voucher so they could try to sell us "time share" accommodation.

There was a lot of traffic noise from the front of the apartment which was unavoidable, fortunately once the bedroom door was closed all was quiet again so we could get an undisturbed night's sleep! Would have loved the cafe/restaurant to be open for breakfast and snacks throughout the day, there was nowhere within walking distance which was disappointing.

Very spacious, clean and well equipped accommodation with a lovely view from the balcony over the landscaped gardens. Good facilities - pool, sunbeds, games equipment, access to the beach. Very helpful and welcoming staff. The grounds were quiet and relaxing, the balcony was a quiet area to sit and wasn't overlooked.

No audio description subtitles for tv viewing or if available were difficult to find. Body wash contained ingredients that are skin irritants…like Sodium lauryl sulfate. Maybe look at less processed products as soaps and moisturisers.

Kitchen area well thought out. Good provisions for our stay. Bed head lights were very useful. Free movies available on the tv.

The wifi was quite poor and wasn’t adequate to stream and there wasn’t a great range of free to air tv channels eg we couldn’t watch the AO tennis. This is just minor was we didn’t come on holiday to watch tv but it is nice to relax with some sport we had been following. The staff gave a bit of a hard sell about what seemed like a timeshare meeting at check in. Also they provided a lot of printed material that these days could all be available electronically to reduce waste. These are all minor and wouldn’t stop me recommending this accommodation

The room was modern and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was very large with a seperate toilet. The well equipped kitchenette was a bonus for making/ heating simple meals. There were many facilities that we didn’t use eg pool, equipment hire so I can’t comment.
