For a visit to Sydney we couldn’t recommend a better place to stay. It was close to everything, it was spotlessly clean and comfortable. This is where we will stay next time we are in Sydney.

The staff were great. The room immaculate each day. Availability of tea and coffee each day topped up. I had a Sky balcony room which I loved. The bed linen white and crisp with lots of pillows. It was close to Central station, the light rail and buses to Bondi.

Location great for a week in Sydney CBD. Easy to walk to sights. Vibrant area. Very friendly and helpful staff.

For what we needed there wasn’t anything we didn’t like. We didn’t have breakfast, we just bought supplies from the corner store.

It was large, bright, clean, and central to china town areas.

No view from unit - view was of a white brick wall of opposite building. Some loud noise woke us up every morning round 3 or 4 and their was construction noise from 6AM. No parking except garage which was $70AUS per day.

2BR unit was very comfortable and reasonably well appointed. Check-in was easy and front desk staff were very helpful and provided good tips on local things to do and travel tips. Reasonably lose to everything - about 35 minute walk to downtown or you can take tram about 5 minutes away.

Nothing, there was nothing that I didn’t like about it. My favourite thing was actually the service of the staff. They actually felt like I was being looked after by real down to earth genuine professionals! I read a review in the comments before booking and I wasn’t sure if the person was overselling this point but honestly most of my words couldn’t do a justice in summing up their efforts and kindness.

The property itself from the outside wasn’t too flashy, or overly branded. It was nice and subtle and very clean!

Small nitpicky things- definitely needs better storage in the bathroom, and more functional nightstands. One not nitpicking thing is that recently management raised the price for onsite parking from $40 to $80. Not only is it an outrageous jump, but it’s an outrageous amount as well. All other neighboring hotels are much cheaper.

The one bedroom apartment was spacious and comfortable. It came with so many amenities, from coffee pods, milk in the fridge, slippers, quality toiletries, toothbrushes and toothpaste in case you forgot yours! They even left a bottle of wine for us to help celebrate a birthday! The staff is also incredibly warm and welcoming. I loved my stay here, and would be happy to stay every time I’m in Sydney.

More cutlery and space for rubbish maybe a larger bin in the common area to the lift felt bad for leaving so many bags of rubbish in the end but had no where to dispose of it as we stayed for a long time we accumulated a fair amount

Everything was amazing I can’t say anything bad!

The staff were amazing, we were cooking at 1am and had no oven tray and the lady went out if her way to get us one! Best service

Not enough towel racks in the bathrooms, want to save water and not get new towels but hard to dry in the bathroom. Our apartment really was in need of a new interior design team

Centrally located and close to George Street and public transportation: Staff was exceptional, caring, helpful and knowledgeable. Washer and dryer? Awesome!!! Staff took super quick action against some guests that were unruly on our floor. We will recommend this to anyone that needs accommodation in Sydney.

Couldn't find the clothes airer till the day we left as it wasn't in the laundry cupboard - label in cupboard would be useful. Master ensuite not much space to put anything, could've done with an extra wall shelf or hooks or something. Extra chair or two for balcony

Perhaps the area around was a little sad looking. Some empty buildings. A little noisy at night. All that said we really liked the place.

The staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was any trouble. Very comfortable apartment.

Maybe a couple of pots in the apartment. Otherwise, nothing else.

From check in to leaving, the staff were courteous and went the extra mile to help us. The apartment was beautifully clean and appointed and each day we came back to a pristine apartment. It was in walking distance of most everything we needed. If we needed to use public transport, both trains and trams were close by.

The apartment lacked soundproofing, and I wasn't a fan of the highly transparent bathroom glass door. It would be better if it were shaded for privacy. However, aside from these minor issues, everything else was perfect, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment

Zara Tower is an excellent choice for an extended stay of over three nights. It's conveniently located near numerous attractions and breakfast cafes. The staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Construction next door, however they made noise mostly during the day when I wasn't around.

Location was good, walking distance to Chinatown, to Central Station, and multiple train and bus lines. Lots of bars and restaurants and a couple of grocery stores a block or two away. I won't mind staying here again.

Road workers jack hammering late at night two nights in a row! But the staff were very apologetic & gave us ear plugs when we asked for them!

Spacious, well appointed apartment. Tasteful & clean, bed was comfortable and pillow selection made for a great sleep.

The sheets kept coming loose on the bed and falling down during the night, exposing the mattress protector.
