The drinks on arrival the sunset viewing deck was spectacular with the complimentary drinks and tapas was great. Staff were super friendly highly recommend.

The cafe breakfast was very ordinary. With a captive audience they really could do better. Serves were ungenerous although the free tea was appreciated.

We could hear the person in the room a level above us walking around. Sound of them walking around echoed through the room. No complimentary shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

Arrived on a Friday night air con not working properly it took 4 days to get fixed!! I told reception I wanted manager to know not very happy never heard back.the lounge was so tiny very crammed for two people. So far here 8 days and no room cleaned or sheets changed find that weird.

Only issue was parking. Our car was too high to fit and only other option was a outdoor carpark next door which was locked at 9pm.

Room was spacious and clean. Amazing views from the balcony and roof top bar. They also had nibbles for free at the roof top bar. Staff were all friendly and helpful

Pool area was not a very big area The building is outdated The lighting in the bathroom was shocking The washing machine leaked The heat from the air-conditioning made it uncomfortable to sit outside on the verandah

Would like there to be towels down at the pool area - I had to go up and down a few times because assumed there would be towels there. The lift is also quite busy at times so can be very frustrating - only two lifts, but whatever the sequencing is means you can be waiting quite a while when it's busy. Also, the foxtel in room was really annoying to manage - not a gripe with the hotel though, just I think the menu and set up options are terrible.

Great value and all the facilities were very much appreciated. Breakfast on the balcony made me get up every day for the sunrise and was absolutely delicious. I really liked being able to choose from a menu rather than a buffet - kept it interesting and less food wastage. Try the Nasi Goreng! Staff were also great at every stage (night manager, reception, restaurant and rooftop bar). The rooftop bar is pretty worn in appearance, but definitely worth a look as the views are spectacular, and even though there's no food up there you can easily order in - some friends and I got pizza up there and it was a perfect way to finish off a busy day. So relaxed. The pool is awesome too.

When I trod on the small pieces of glass scattered across the living area. We cleaned up ourselves as the housekeeping had not. And the shower rod fell down twice because of poor fittings. Also, the bedroom door handle was jammed open.

Friendly staff. Roof top views from the bar was a delight. Complimentary drink vouchers were appreciated.
