Fantastic location and just a walk away from the Mediterranean sea. Bug breakfast spread and rather delicious. I'd like to specifically mention that the staff were very polite and kind. I hope their work is noticed

There was nothing of any importance that could have been done better.

The hotel has a spectacular location on the top of a cliff with gardens stretching down to rocks at the sea. Great opportunities for swimming and snorkelling. Freshly caught fish every day. All the food is home prepared and Osman, his family and staff make guests feel that they are staying in the house of an ideal host. Humour and good conversation (in English) are also offered at no extra charge.

The staff of the hotel were extremely attentive and helpful and made the villa feel like home! The location was to die for with direct access to the beautiful water, away from the bustle of downtown Kas. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Nil - We felt we had everything we needed! It was very relaxing.

Everything! The view - lying on the sun loungers watching the sailing boats go by and the amazing sunsets each night. The staff were so kind and helpful. They helped to book a scooter for our stay which we definitely recommend! The food was amazing - we had every breakfast there, two dinners and a lunch. It was so nice to have the option of eating at the hotel than always going into town. The ocean was so warm and we felt like we were in Turkish paradise. We initially booked 3 nights and extended to 5.

Wow, this place was amazing!!! Such friendly staff, the location was next level awesome. Absolutely loved it. There are private little beds that u can jump into the water from. It was Insane. Absolutely loved it. The views were next level!

The only things that were difficult was the parking and the beach was hard to get into, although it was beautiful spot.

Beautiful views, wonderful staff, Kanin and Onur were fantastic! Food was delicious and the breakfast was huge with many small dishes. Property was clean and well maintained. Many cute places to sit and enjoy the sunset.

Everything!! The staff, the location (opposite the motherland 🇬🇷 and birthplace of many splendid things), and amenities and access to both the ocean and a pool. What more can I possibly ask for? Oh and the food!! Absolutely heavenly!! This is the Turkish version of Mount Olympos!

Little noisy at night sometimes but earplugs sorted this out

No chance to influence this: due to wind and the rocky coast it is sometimes challenging to have a dip in the water (which I enjoyed but my wife was afraid then) or not possible to swim. However, beach is close with the shuttle/car.

Everything here is wonderful. When we arrived, we instantly sensed the special and relaxed atmosphere of this place. Staff (especially Osman bey and Onur bey) take care of every guest very individually; We had a lot of intense conversations together. The trustworthy/-ful and familiar atmosphere was definitely the highlight. Furthermore, we highly recommend the exquisite cuisine served; especially fresh fish, kuzu tandir and the mezeler with fresh homegrown ingredients. Not to forget the rich and fresh prepared breakfast, which was each day's highlight. Location is quite and next to the sea with direct view from the rooms.

Sea is little bit hard to reach too much ladders. if you have pregnant wife and small children it can be problem. Car parking is little bit hard they need to solve parking problem.

Excellent attitude of crew.Family hotel and family members are all graduated from world class universities.They are doing this job as family tradition. Excellent sea wiev. Excellent chief made breakfast.

Great breakfast every morning the pool was nice and staff was friendly. The bed was two twins pushed together so it was slightly uncomfortable. The balcony was great and I loved walking down to the sea to swim

There are a few steps around the property so ensure you are warring good footwear, use a torch at nighttime and be careful where you tread. Just be aware and all is fine.

Fabulous setting, beautiful scenery. Extremely welcoming and very helpful staff. Easy access to Kas town by taxi @ 150 Turkish lira (£5). Amazing breakfast, quiet hotel, clean rooms. Relaxing area around to lovely clean swimming pool. I’m already booked to return in September.
