The room looked old and outdated. My bathroom sink drained slow, my room phone didn’t work and there was a very small mini fridge(barely big enough for a food tray) and no microwave. And, with the hotel being in the middle of the everything, get ready for loud music from the bars and nightclub next door until about 2-3am.

The swim up bar was cool. The location of the hotel is in the middle of lots of restaurants, bars, stores,public transportation and the beach is a very short walk.

It needed updating. But, It was under construction. It really didn’t bother us, construction was only during the day.

There was not coffee machine in the room and no telephone to call front desk neither drinking water for customers also when I made the reservation it said it has a gym (with photos) For me it's important because most of the time I train. I ask where is the gym? They said "there's not gym" 😒 so please remove those photos and let people know there's not gym at all.

I don't know why there's so many bad reviews about this hotel. I think is a good place to stay it has a big pool with bar and many sitting areas. The staff is very friendly. Every single day they did the cleaning in the room. It's true they're under construction but it doesn't affect at all. The location is very convenient close to the (very expensive) restaurants and close to the beach

I requested that a red stain on the floor of the shower be cleaned. It was never done. It was very disturbing hearing the toilets of what felt like the entire building all night. The door to the room seemed poorly sized. Property definitely needs updating.

- the window in the rooms could not be opened, for me this is a HSE matter. - not environmentally friendly: air conditioners in the rooms are old and somewhat connected so we were informed we couldn’t turn it off. they had to remain on all the time so that the others would keep working. weird. - they had lack of bath towels. many times we had to request them after the room was cleaned. - we had to request the room to be carefully cleaned since we spotted a “bug” in the middle of the night - breakfast is served with no proper cutlery. everything is disposable and made of paper. that means a lot of unnecessary waste - we had a bottle of wine with us but the hotel had no wine opener to lend us . that never happened in any other hotel - In short : the hotel needs renovation, since it’s outdated, and some serious changes in management
