I liked the whole experience. The hotel is very nice and clean. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the people that worked there were very friendly and helpful. I always felt very safe and I will for sure return to this hotel in the future.

What I didn't like were the paintings, the paintings were scary for my son. It was my 2nd stay and last time the apartment also had such paintings.

The house was very neat and clean. Cleaning took place every day from early morning. The house was equipped with every convenience and comfort, and all kitchen utensils were also present. There was a swimming pool behind our house, which was perfect for our son.

What's not to like. Costa Esmeralda is a real gem!

The garden is beautiful and well kept. The staff was very helpfull and attentive. The room was very clean and perfect size for a weekend getaway with a very comfortable bed which was the perfect size for us. We had a room with a pool view and fantastic sunset as a bonus view. A quiet place that is hidden within plain sight. This was our second stay and we will most likely return. Keep up the good work and excellent service.

The rooms were incredible, everything was fantastic and we highly recommend anyone to stay here who wants a more reasonable price than the high rise hotels on the beach. One SMALL recommendation is to have a full length mirror in the room.

Our stay was wonderful. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind. We were on the ground floor, and the front "porch" right beside the pool was incredible for late afternoon lounging right outside our room. The rooms were clean and updated, housekeeping came everyday apart from Sunday (which we were notified ahead of time). The kitchenette with a fridge, sink and microwave, along with dishes was beneficial to have. The grounds were lovely and lush with plants. Although we spent most days at the beach, it was nice to spend an hour by the pool at the end of the day, the pool was large and never crowded. We ended up renting a car from Value Car around the corner from the hotel for a very reasonable price as the walk to the beach and the restaurant/shop area was 20-25 minutes one way. However, the drive was an easy 5 mins.

A restaurant in the resort or at least a small coffee shop for an effortless morning. The TV was a little small and a king size bed would have been nicer. Maybe the queen size bed is enough for most but nobody would say no to king size.

Very clean and comfortable room with a lovely patio overlooking the palm trees and swimming pool. The whole staff were super nice and helpful. The resort made it into a dream vacation. The combination of paved walkways, green plants, palm trees and decorations made it look very inviting.

That I paid $85, 1 day extension just to get out late of the room since my flight was 8pm. Property wanted to give me LCO till 2 pm but was to early. They could have look for another solution. But all by all Iiked it very much and will be back in a few months
