Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaIndia flights arrive at odd times into Baku and therefore checkin to the hotels are also at odd times. The hotel is not prepared for this and should plan better as there is huge delay at the time of check in.
The hotel is on the boulevard and away from the business of the city. It is clean has good food and perfect for family trip with older parents and young children.

Qatarthe room was very clean however one point I would like to raise as I noticed as well my coworkers is that the water shower inside the hotel is very weak. so it is either the water pressure or the shower tubes need to be cleaned from the sands
the location is amazing straight beside the sea, the staff are very friendly supportive and professional, the breakfast was very good the room was very clean and the hotel in total was very clean. I will definitely consider staying in this hotel on my next visit

GeorgiaThe furniture in the rooms are a little bit shabby (with scratches), the room facilities may differ from room to room (we booked two rooms, one of them had a coffee machine, the other - didn’t, only instant coffee. When we asked the hotel personnel to provide for our room a coffee machine, too, we were told that it is ok that room facilities are different and they only provided us with more instant coffee that we didn’t need…). It’s impossible to use 220W (only 230W) devices in the bathroom… so you can’t to dry your hair there, only in the room where it’s hard to find the spot to do that comfortably.
Hotel is placed at the end of Baku Boulevard in front of the Caspian Sea - very beautiful spot! I recommend taking room with a view to the city, it looks cooler than the whole sea view 😉 Hotel has a pool and well-equipped gym so you can stay sporty while staying at the hotel. In the hotel there are several restaurants where you can have breakfast/lunch/dinner, the food is delicious and prices are affordable. Really fast Wi-Fi.

TurkeyI reserved a room with sea view. You had to go to the corner of the room to see a small portion of the sea. We got the compensation after expressing our room change request for the third time. Doesn’t worth the extra money given for the sea view. Room was okay but it was a bit old. Had to walk 5 mins to reach to my room from the elevators.
They compensated the lack of view with free breakfast which was really nice and delicious.

United Arab EmiratesThe air conditioner in the room did not provide warm heat. It only gave out cold air. There was snow outside. I wanted to call the reception. However, the phone was not working. I had to go downstairs and call an attendant. The attendant made some repairs for the air conditioner to blow hot air. Also fixed the phone. And I had to experience these after midnight. Also, the customers at the main door of the hotel are far from friendly. They greet those who enter the hotel as enemies. I will not stay at this hotel again.
The location of the hotel was very good. Also my room was always clean. The room attendants were very successful.
