Overall I had a very good stay, so there wasn’t much I disliked. Just couple of things, the bed which was a little soft for me, I prefer a more firmer mattress. It’s not close to the centre of Baku but easily accessible.

Best feature is the gym, swimming pool & spa facilities. Full size swimming pool & well equipped gym with suana, steam room & massage. Nurlan at the reception was very friendly & helpful. I got a massage from Kubra which was excellent. They also do a tasty shake at the bar. Room & bathroom was was great size, fully equipped with toiletries, robe, slippers & large jacuzzi bath. In general the staff in the hotel are very welcoming, which made my stay even better.

Each time when I go to Baku I stay in this hotel. Hotel location is very good. Rooms are big and comfortable. The staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast and restaurant bar menu is enough good. Thank you very much.

It's difficult to walk around the hotel with a baby stroller. The kids pool did not have shade. The indoor pool is only for swimming in deep water. not suitable for kids.

It’s old building and probably hard to clean. So it wasn’t so clean and the water drain in the shower room was awful…

Qr code information in rooms is not corresponding to reality, dont use room service from that qr-code page, because noone is checking orders from that page. Breakfast times are different if it is holdiay or weekend, which we were not told and personal wanted to take 25 azn for coming to breakfast after 10. Breakfast is so so considering it is 5stars hotel. Bread was dry, food were not replenished. Some of the nametags of the dishes didnt correspond to the food inside the serving bowls. First room we got was not clean and it dropped water from the ceiling- when we informed reception, they changed a room directly. Also the spotlights got power short circuit(probably of the humidity). In the shower it was dropping from the pipes. The placement of electricity plugs inside a room is not convinient In corridors with rooms there was often smoke smell, so if you are a non-smoker then you have to go quickly to your room.

Pool area, quiet in rooms, suite rooms are spacious. Staff is friendly, Water bottles in suite rooms.

I liked the room ,it’s specious ,amenities are new ,location is close to the center ,gym is huge and fully equipped ,it also has a big pool,but I would expected more from the 5 star hotel.For example the iron was broken,mini bar was empty,no bell boy was available,so we had to carry all our bags to the car with my wife and the gentlemen at the entrance was kept watching us doin it all buy ourselves.

You can't walk around the property, have to take taxi to go somewhere , hamam female spa wasn't working , you need to bring your swim cap to the pool otherwise u ll have to buy it there for 10$

Recommend going for superior rooms with jacuzzi bath - good size of the room and furniture , nice view and jacuzzi is nice feature of the room . Staff at reception and in the restaurant are friendly and welcoming
