We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SerbiaThe morning coffee costs extra, not part of the paid breakfats. Be carefull on which road you arrive, especialy during the winter, we were taken by our GPS partly on not paved road, luckily it was dry.
Vlašić is a montain with gorgeous nature. The air is fantastic. The panaromas and vistas are very enjoable. The hotel is in the middle of it. The hotel is nice and modern as are the rooms. The atmsphere in a large restaurant is cozy and comfy. The staff is exceptionaly welcoming, kind, and of help. The facilities are good, there is a welness center on the third flor with sauna and small jacuzzi as well as a medium size pool perfect for a swim. Unusualy great about it was the late ipening hours, till 22:00. We were also offered to stay even longer. The brakfast was good although not a buffer. But this was not a deal breaker as we were served all we asked. The food was tasty easpacly the freshly baked bread buns. The dinner was also nice, the best Begova čorba we had on our Bosnia journey. The bathroom and the wifi were also good. There was a good place to park the motorbike next to the entrance, under camera surveliance. Good! Will come back, this was great value for money and very friendly place.

United StatesI did’t like towels. They should be more clean and more presentable. My mistake, I usually bring my own, but not this time. That was my main concern or I should say only one because they take care of you like you are only one in whole Hotel.
Breakfast was okay, food preparation's presentable, and coffee-machine giving you fair options. For me personally was enough food to keep me full till diner. All best words for customer service for each person.

LatviaAt the 1st place in order to have hot sauna you have to wait sufficient time. Not able to have hot spa any time. They gave the wrong key to my husband and during checkout gave me wrong man ID. TV in room was not working needed time to replace it. If you are on vacation you really don't want to check staff work.
