This is for someone trying a true bosnian experience. The host is an older gentleman, really sweet. House/room was cold, toilet somehow clean, and pillow was like a stone

The room was cramped and the mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable. The breakfast is not the food I like to eat. Mostly processed stuff.

Well, it is well priced. It provides a roof over your head. It is in a quiet area so you can rest during the day if no-one is operating a machine nearby.

The hostel is poorly cleaned, one room had fleas,(see photo for dead fleas). The quality of the fixtures seems to have declined. However the worst bit was the smell of sewage that came up from the drains. The hostel would benefit from a thorough clean.

The hostel seems like it has declined in recent years. The thing that still seems ok is the friendly and generous landlord.

Dirty small box not partment

Everything! room was dirty. Nobody was hoovering for quite some time. There was dust everywhere. phone number wasn’t right , address on. Booking.com wasn’t right either. mattresses and beds were like used thousands times, room was tiny, and there was no access to balcony and you couldn’t have even had a drink because there was alcohol prohibited in all around the premises and the owner actually wanted to see what you are drinking, I found it, he was trying to invade our privacy. he allows cats in premises what is not good for people with allergies and in a description you should have breakfast included. It was 9:40 am and there was no meal ready for us when, I terminated my stay I asked the owner to give me €30 back, and he said that we should take our things from fridge and sorted it out with Booking.com.

In connection with the booking at Gonzo's we were not be able to get in. The phone number provided on your website after ringing it three times came back with no answer. We used the doorbell ring too the same happened again. No one came to let us in. We also tried to ring the phone numbers (attached picture) with no success.  Indeed we attended, but could not manage to get in. And also, the hostel itself looked not as impressive - see pictures please. Many unattended cars, unused stuff, chairs, rubbish...etc. We found other solution for accomodation through your website in Sarajevo of course. As it is understable I am not willing to pay anything in connection with this booking at Gonzo' s.

Great location because it's near the (public) trolleybus station. It takes approximately 20 minutes to bring you to the city center. The costs are 1,40 KM per ride.

it was dirty everywhere. it seemed that even the sheets were not clean. the bedsheet wasn‘t covering the dorty matrasse. you heard the people above peeing. it stank. the floor was dirty. the bathroom was reeeealy dirty and stinky. if we would have used the toilette what we didnt we would have no toilette paper. it was loud. i don‘t know why we even stayd. we „slept“ in our sleepingbags above the blankett covering the matress
