The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Room was modest but clean. Breakfast was good. Located a 10 minute walk from the bridge. Private off-street parking was available.

Big rooms are great but a bit cold in winter - would be perfect in hotter months though. Some small bits of maintenance needed around the room.

Staff were friendly and helpful, the lady on reception spoke excellent English and was welcoming, giving us information about where to go and what to see. She also gave us great restaurant recommendation and had turned on the heating in the room before we arrived. Great breakfast - I think we were the only guests so the lady in the restaurant served to our table and we were very well looked after. The hotel is modern and clean and rooms are a great size. There is parking available around the back. We will definitely come back if we are back in Mostar - thank you! One thing to note - the signs from outside say Vila Hana not Hotel Hana so don't get confused!

Hot water in the bathroom was not hot enough only warm.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. Hotel is near city center.

You can't pay with card now and that was disappointing. You will get the key of the hotel and you need to lock every time you go out. There is no-one at reception and the cleaning lady doesn't speak English, so it was impossible to communicate. Checkout is at 11. Don't be 5 min late if not the lady will nock on your door even though the hotel is empty.

The hotel is nice and clean. The rooms are spacious. Location is ok, just a few minutes walk from old town.

The bed was a bit too soft and noisy. The bathroom was a bit too small and narrow.

I have to admit, that the location was amazing. Right in the heart of the town Mostar and near the center of the Old Bridge. Everything from the stuff to the breakfast was amazing. Many thanks to the owners and the stuff, who where very friendly and gave us some nice advices what to do in the area.

Booked 25m2 room, and get not more then 16 m2. Bathroom pretty small and toilet was not fixed to the floor, swinging when seated. Slippers and toiletries not found in room. Parking was available, but small. In daytime very loud cleaning staff, maybe only this day, but very loud. Also there is no espresso coffee in hotel, only filter coffee and nescafe.

Location is great. Breakfast was excellent, missing some pita and burek. Not crowded neighborhood. Front desk staff was very polite and helpful. Check-in/out very fast and simple. Wi-Fi and TV channel choice very good. Price was excellent, and value for money is great.

Perfect hotel with on street parking. Price quality is superb. Lovely host at the reception that helped me check in earlier and asnwered all my questions perfect. The room was perfect, had all the facilities i needed and was very quiet. It's located at 5 minute walk from city center and there is a bakery, restaurant and supermarket around the corner
